Tyler and Todd went over and above to help me with an accessible bathroom renovation. Tyler took the time to meet with me and our medical specialist to ensure he understood exactly what we needed. TYTO worked with my extremely tight timeline and delivered an end product that was top notch! I would recommend TYTO Construction to anyone who wants to make sure a great job is done, on time and on budget.

I would highly recommend Tyler and Todd if you are looking for a renovation for your home. They communicated very well throughout the whole process, the quote was accurate and the work was completed on time and perfectly! We are over the moon happy with our bathroom renovation and the other smaller projects they did for us. These guys are trustworthy and honest, I had no problem leaving them at my home working while I was out. They cleaned up ever night before they left so the construction mess was kept to a minimum (much appreciated!) If you are looking for a construction team make sure you give these guys a call, they will come by and give you a quote and Tyler had some amazing ideas for our project that I would have never thought of, so his knowledge is a real asset.

I would like to add to my wife’s comments (Jennifer Hunter) that not only were Tyler and Todd a pleasure to work with but all the trades they recommended and used for the project were excellent too. The quote and billing process was completely transparent and very accurate, any overruns were due to design changes on our part. As Jennifer said we couldn’t be happier with the work and would highly recommend Tyto to anyone considering a renovation.

We used TYTO to build us custom wall units. Both Todd and Tyler helped with the design they were both friendly and cooperative. The final results blew us away they are gorgeous and their attention to fine details made it easy for me to be at rest. Would highly recommend them

They walked us through every step of our project; and let us know which contractors would be in our home and when. Tyler also came in everyday to check and review the details of the work; he was super diligent, and reviewed all the details we did not notice. They connected us to supply partners for the tiles we needed, which made things so much easier for us. They truly paid attention to the details we shared on our reno wish list ! Tyto Construction and Management Co has just completed a major design/renovation in our home and we couldn't be happier. Tyto Construction did an extensive renovation on our home - new Floors/Carpet, new Kitchen, reconfigured Master Bedroom and Ensuite, Laundry Room, updated Living and Dining Rooms - and we were extremely happy with the finished result. Todd and Tyler are absolute professionals and do excellent work. They were upfront and realistic about timelines, communicated regularly to keep us informed of the progress, and included us in even the smallest details to make sure we ended up with the home we envisioned. The worksite was clean and tidy and they were respectful of our neighbours during the project. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. They went above and beyond and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Can’t say enough good things about TYTO Construction. We started with a large renovation which involved, new flooring; hardwood, tile, carpet on two levels, two complete bathrooms remodels and a facelift for another. Custom built ins for an office and great room which included a fireplace facelift. Using reclaimed fir that we had on hand, Tyler created a custom desk and shelving for a home office for my husband. He created the most amazing final touches which included helmet stands and ‘wrench’ holders to mount a vintage bike on the wall. The creativity and craftsmanship is outstanding.From start to finish they are one of the best companies I’ve worked with in any industry. Professional, organized, helpful, honest and efficient. They ensure everything is done properly and to a very high standard. Scheduling and communication were excellent.I will never use anyone else moving forward. In fact I had some custom shelving/displays created for my business and again the project was a great experience.Thank you Tyler and Todd for the amazing work you do!

Not only were the final results ( that they helped design) amazing but the detailed timelines , which they completely stuck to , made navigating our families lives pretty much not a problem. Great work, on time, under budget and a great group of guys. Thank you Todd and Tyler.

We are absolutely thrilled with our recent bathroom renovation with Tyto. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth, with professionalism and regular communication from Tyler and Todd to keep everything on track.
