I experienced grumpy attitude at the desk, very little product knowledge, and ended up with inferior product than I was looking for. And they won't accept returns. I bought a superieior product later elsewhere and didn't have to deal with attitude. I won't go back to Prosol.

I've been a loyal customer to golden since I've moved to Saskatoon 6 years ago. Loved the place then and love the place more now, especially with the front desk staff aka. SHANNAVIA. Her customer relations is next to none. We need more people like this in the industry.
