Kitchen Express Cabinets & Countertops

We purchased our beautiful countertops from kitchen express. Chin and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do! We are very happy with the cost, product, and installation. I especially appreciated that they had all elements readily available at the time (summer 2021) when all other kitchen cabinet stores had major delays in their supply chains. After two decades of wishing, I decided to throw caution to the wind and just do it, which was to cut a Pass-thru hole between my kitchen and living room. The kitchen had to be redesigned, rewired, re-plumbed and replace flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing. Chin Li, Manager and Head Designer with Kitchen Express in Langley, BC, set the project in motion by designing a new kitchen layout and assisting with cabinet, hardware and countertop choices. Chin's knowledge, guidance, attention to detail, prompt replies to questions/concerns, several visits to my condo, and patience galore, were such a blessing. As well, the cabinet installer and countertop fabricators were amazing. I love my new dream kitchen and so do my friends and neighbours. 5 stars - I highly recommend Kitchen Express and Chin Li.

Our experience could not have been better with Kitchen Express, and in particular with Chin.Chin provided us with the knowledge on how to choose the best countertop for us and why. He knows his kitchens! He also has a line on beautiful PEARL sinks. Installation was professional, efficient and quick. Chin provided us with exceptional service throughout our renovation process. We changed the kitchen layout dramatically once we got the drywall down and decided to remove a wall we previously were going to leave in place and Chin never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him as we worked thru the changes.Chin’s experience and attention to detail provided us with great confidence in what was the largest part of our renovation. His installers were prompt, professional and did a great job.It has been approximately a year and half since we had our cabinets installed and in a very active household with young children they still look like new. We are very happy with the Support Local series we selected.
