Aerus Vacuums & Air Purifiers

Just had some service work done on our Electrolux vacuum. Between our rental property and home we presently own three Electrolux vacuums that periodically need accessories and service work. Happy to say that Marlon is available to provide this service when needed. We have found him to be knowledgeable with his product and service capabilities. Glad he's in town and we don't have to rely on city outlets.

I’m sorry I cannot remember his name. But I came to visit my parents over the Easter break. My vacuum was sounding strange so my plan was to stop in Regina on my way back home, but I had asked my dad if there was a vacuum repair shop in or near nipawin and he said yes so I brought it with me. I called the number I found online and never got through. But I did get a phone call back fairly quick afterwards and he let me know when he would be back in the shop for me to stop by. He was very polite and accommodating. He waited for me after hours to look at my vacuum and even kept it over night to look it over and find out the problem. He called me the next day to let me know that it was the bearings in the power head of my vacuum ( it’s a miracle mate platinum btw) he had taken it apart to show me where the parts are to be replaced, unfortunately did not have the parts in stock and they would need to be ordered, and because I’m not from there, rather than him ordering them and then shipping them to me he said it would be easier for me to order from the miracle mate site myself and they’d reach me quicker. He cleaned the bearings of dust and debris and showed me how to fix it myself when I receive the parts. He never charged me for his time which was very kind of him! I would definitely recommend this company for all your vacuum needs! He was very kind, courteous and fast with his services and knowledge!
