Easily the best service ontario experience I have ever had, needed a plate and licence renewal, arrived at 1030 on a Tuesday and was out in my car by 1036, even after forgetting my ownership in my car and having to run out to get it. The lady that processed me was so fast and polite it was like I was ordering a drink at a bar even though she said she had only been there for a month. Will gladly only use this service ontario for the future

My mom and I had to go renew her health card. My mom who has low eye sight was struggling to find her cards and we thought they were left at home. The lovely lady Jilly told us it's ok and to come back tomorrow, since they were closing soon. When we got to the car we found them.I hurried back in and asked if we could proceed after she finished with the line up. Thankfully she allowed us to come back in. She was so kind and nice to us. My mom who suffers from anxiety was so thankful for Jill's patience and kindness.Thank you for making my mom's day Jilly. You are truly amazing!

I was in the door at 9 am and out the door at 9:18. Got two cards, 1 renewal, and 1 new. Clerk was extremely friendly and made the process go great.

Went here on a Monday afternoon around 3:30PM. As you enter, a pathway directs you to get a priority number where the forms/sheets are. They have 4 counters and I waited for less than 3mins. only. Staffs are very accommodating and efficient. In 5 mins., I got what I need. It took me more time to go to this branch, than waiting inside.

I've been 3 times in 2 days because I'm not organized enough. Definitely a long line up, shortest wait time was right after noon. Longest in the am and around 3 pm. No number ticket system or clear explanation of how to access the ticket window. If you can make an appointment in advance you are winning - they skip the line. Service reps are kind and patient enough - considering the overwhelming number of people in line at all times. Definitely plan your trip and make an appointment online. Or be prepared to play on your phone for a good hour.

I attended upper Ottawa office last Friday with my 91yr old mom to renew her health card and handicapped parking permit. Angelica served us. Apparently, We also needed to get an ontario photo ID. Angelica explained everything to us in detail and advised what documents we still needed to produce. We came back today and once again Angelica came through for us. I feel she goes over and above to make sure her clients are well served. I'll be looking for Angelica the next time I need service ontario.⏲️

Went today to get my health card renewed. Absolute best service I’ve ever gotten at a Service Ontario, was in and out in five minutes. The woman who processed me was quick, informative and so friendly. I wish I had gotten her name. Fantastic!
