Received estimate mart.10 with 4 to 6 week installation. Called after 4 wks. Estimate lost. Given 6 to 8 weeks to install.Called after 7 wks. (JUN 1ST). To be shipped from manufacturer following week.Install complete 23 JUN. Disappointed with process but install was good.

We have done some outside renovations on our older home during this past year. One of our last purchases before finishing up with some additional landscaping was our beautiful awnings from Windsor Tent and Awnings. We are 100% pleased and elated with our new awnings. Our awning is beautiful and almost perfect. After a lengthy delay waiting for installation, the awning’s measurements are off. It should continue to line up with the railing. We were asked if we wanted a shade on this side and good thing we said no because it would have been hung in a very awkward spot. Overall, we are happy with the final product but were a little disappointed that we lost over a foot of coverage due to incorrect measurements.
