Green Grass Lawn Sprinklers

Very decepointed with their service. Green Grass expect customers to take a day off and wait for the technician to come anytime they wish.I booked an appointment a week ago for today between 12 to 4. I arranged all my other work around this time but the technician came in the morning at 9 without me being at home. When I called Green Grass I was told that the time is not guaranteed and I have to book another day. So that means I have to take another day off. This is ridiculous when they give a time window from 12 to 4 and don't honor the time. I am not happy with their customer service and don't care attitude when called to complain.

Friendly and efficient. This company is terrific, knowledgeable and experienced technicians, and admin staff are great! They have been servicing our irrigation system for years and make repairs on the spot when needed. They were great in re routing the system when we did some landscaping last summer! Highly recommend them!
