My recent visit to this parking lot was an exceptional experience that left me feeling relieved and satisfied. From the moment I pulled in, I was impressed by the well-maintained facilities, including the clean and clearly marked parking spaces.The layout of the parking lot was well-designed, providing ample space for maneuvering in and out of spaces, as well as clear signage indicating entrances and exits. The entire lot was well-lit, providing a sense of safety and security for drivers.What truly set this parking lot apart, however, was the level of customer service provided by the attendants. They were friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had about parking. They were also vigilant in monitoring the lot for any potential security issues, ensuring that my vehicle was safe and secure throughout my visit.Overall, I highly recommend this parking lot to anyone looking for a stress-free and hassle-free parking experience. Whether you're parking for a short visit or an extended stay, this lot is sure to provide an exceptional experience. Visited for vaccination service; staff are super kind and patient, lines are social distance and safety is taken very seriously. RNs administering shots were lovely as well! In regular" times I come to the buffet

Stayed for 2 nights in December at the River Rock Resort during the crazy snow and icy cold week so we were kind of stuck there except to take the skytrain to Richmond Centre. The 2br suite was fine for our needs, we didn't find it noisy at all. It was a bit of a pain to get a hold of the front desk as none of the phones in our room were working and they couldn't figure out why. The in house pizza delivery was average. However, the Seafood Harbour House Chinese Restaurant on site was fabulous, large portions, good quality but expensive.

Comments relate to the casino only. This is a fairly busy casino. The gamming choices offered are average to above average. There is a food court with Asian, hambergers and pizza, salads, sushi and other. Just OK. Buffet is overpriced for the quality of food found there. Just not worth the price. The worst thing about this place is the restrooms. They are in a constant state of disgusting". And

This casino is just like any North America gambling resorts, as it features a lot of slot machines and game tables, a buffet, a couple of restaurants, and other amenities for the guest. For the buffet, I find it to be so-so, and quite expensive. I really come to use the park-and-ride, but on the weekdays, it usually fills up by 9 am. Frankly, this place is only good for gambling.

Easy access and close to the hotel. Level 2 and 3 are free parking for hotel guests.

Free parking for casino and hotel guest only. It’s quite a walk to The Hotel. Took me about 12 minutes to get to my hotel room on a snowy day. Took the indoor skywalk to get to the hotel across from the casino.

Expensive dinner buffet at $49 per person, for the same spread as their pre COVID buffet and at the same quality. If you didn’t think it was very good then, it’s not any better now. Better off going to the Keg unless you’re on a hot steak at the tables downstairs.

After traversing your way to the parkade its usually difficult to find a spot near the walkway or elevator areas.There is plenty of handicapped spaces available closer to the boardwalk. Wear comfortable shoes to walk in. Not a fun walk in high heels FYI. The board walk however has some character, I found the people to be abrupt, perhaps it was a difficult day when I arrived. It was a cold windy day and I reccomend you wear a coat as it's a bit of a walk to the front door. I slipped through the Casino to get to my room. Its warmer that way.
