The worse customer service i have ever seen u go their to pick up your parts just stand by their pickup counter can see 3 ppl talking on phone or typing computer. Thy know customer is standing their spcly the guy just typing on computer not on phone .don't give a dam about u not even try to look until thy finish what ever thy wer doing even it takes 5or 10minut so customer is not their priority. I have experience tht 3 times .thy just need yr money don't ask any question .hopefully some management pay intention to tht.er

Called at least ten wreckers, looking for a mirror for my '13 Accord. LKQ was the only place that could help me out, AND they even had it in the colour I needed. Price was reasonable. It is a little annoying that they aren't open Saturdays, but it is what it is. And although this didn't affect my purchase, people need to be aware that this is not a pull it yourself" yard

Might as well pick up the phone and call them while you’re at the front desk if you want there attention. Apparently they spend all the time on the phone and not attending to the clients at hand right in front of them. I was waiting to pick up a sunvisor for 15 minutes, and when I rang the little bell they asked me to wait as they picked up another call. Definitely something is wrong here. Will not recommendAfter reading your reply I realize that this problem is internal, there is no reason for you to have the same problem six months ago even one year ago and today. Just tell us that you’re fine with the lack of service to customers and move on. There is no reason to pretend like you care when the problem is right in front of your face and you were doing nothing about it.

Ive ordered A grade A quality" chrome bumper twice now. The first one was rusted so bad i could put my fingers through it. The second one was scratched and for some reason painted. They showed me a picture of the bumper i wanted but sent a completely different bumper. I would not recommend LKQ to any of my friends looking for parts"

As a business owner, waiting 20 minutes at the front counter to get someone to even look at you is ridiculous. On top of that, I ordered a part, they said it would be 2 days, I go in to pick up and they say it hasn’t arrived. They say it’ll come in the next day, I call ahead again to confirm they say it’s there. I go in, “can’t find it” third time I came in for absolutely no reason and a complete waste of my time. No apology, no compensation just a shrug and “I dont know where it is?” Price may be alright but when I’m wasting time waiting for someone to help me, and 3 days I have a car waiting to get a part I might as well pay more for faster service somewhere else. An absolute pathetic display of business.

Ordered headlamp for 2014 touring. Was Promised to get in 2 days. The product came in 15 days and was not the one i ordered.

If I could give it no stars I would! LKQ is an absolute joke. I have called 6 times leaving voicemails every time growing more frustrated every time for a simple call back regarding an invoice. Simply looking for a sales report for the past few months as we believe there is a discrepancy and they wont even return the call. The sales agents are great! Always dealing with Dustin and he is top notch but the accounting department in this company is a joke. Great company if you don't have any questions after the sale

The worst sales staff I had ever seen ,only two of them were using their computer and talking to each other’s I was the only customer in front desk. I waited more than 10 minutes without any attention from them. then I left.

Customer service does not exist at this place. I walked in, three staff members were working, myself and another gentleman stood there for five minutes, the staff never acknowledged we were in there. I turned around and left.
