We bought a RNDSQR townhome last year and will move into it in the spring upon construction completion. The team at RNDSQR have been awesome, both before purchasing and after purchasing. *They just get it*. Their home design and way of doing business is great - I have, and will continue to recommend them.Plus they have an awesome + helpful + experienced + knowledgeable team!If you want a thoughtfully designed townhome or condo, that looks/functions great, and is really well priced, check out their website.

The style is fantastic. The quality of the units is some of the worst I've experienced. They have provided a third-party maintenance company to manage the maintenance of the units, including builder defecenies, and it has been a nightmare to deal with. I have been pulled into emails between RndSqr and their contractors, where they refuse to take responsibility for the issues. Very unprofessional. I enjoy the layout and style of the Peaks and Plains unit, but we experience consistent defecenies, and when submitting a ticket, they put more of an effort to justifying the faults rather than providing a solution.

I am a Windsor Park resident who contested RNDSQR developments in my community. Their rental units are an absolute eye sore and are poorly managed based on conversation with neighbours in the building. From the street most of your view is utility meters and the property is ill maintained, never mowed, overrun with weeds, and dead trees. Without sufficient parking for their tenants, cars litter the street at a very busy intersection, creating an unsafe situation for pedestrians, namely children crossing to school, in our community. The renters that live there suffer with plumbing challenges that are not attended to by the poor property management.I commute through Marda Loop and cannot believe the City approved the development of Courtyard 33. It's such a fantastic community and yet commercial opportunities sit vacant in this unwelcoming, eyesore of a building.The company talks about supporting the missing middle, but once approved immediately lease to the highest bidder. They are not seeking to create affordable housing Calgary, they are seeking the highest profit possible they can get approved off the land purchased in our communities. The buildings are slapped up all year long with low grade materials with wear visible within the first few years of construction.I want to like a Calgary company but I've seen what they've done to the community where I bought my first home and the disconnect between their presentations to the city and the reality of their lack of obligation to Calgarians once their product is sold or leased.

I took possession of my second RNDSQR home in November, 2019. This one is a rowhouse, which I've never lived in before, but I couldn't be happier! The floor plan is functional, there is a lot of storage space and my backyard deck is large enough for all my outdoor furniture.As with my first RNDSQR home, any issue that I've had has been dealt with quickly and professionally.The RNDSQR team are a talented group of people and I appreciate the fact that they've partnered with many local companies to promote and support one another. I think this alone speaks volumes about the reputation and work ethic of RNDSQR.I'm a proud member of the RNDSQR Family and I wish them continued success in the years to come!

RNDSQR did a terrific job on our home. They took a stressful process (buying a new home before it's been built) and made it simple. Their design coupled with the quality materials they used on the home resulted in an absolutely stunning townhouse project. Their post move in support was also extremely professional. The entire team deserves a huge round of applause for the great work they've done! Special shout out to Chelsea who (very patiently and always happily) dealt with my many emails and phone calls with questions.

My wife and I purchased a RNDSQR home in December 2018. We can’t say enough good things about the RNDSQR team, the process from purchase to possession or the home itself! Tara, Jeff and Kelly made picking RNDSQR, facilitating the actual purchase and getting the things we wanted in our new place a breeze! We have moved 10 times, have dealt with large and small builders, but we have never been treated with the kind of respect the RNDSQR showed us. They said what they would do and then just did it.
