They were up front about costs and managed to fit us in the same day we called them to fix our fridge that was leaking all over the floor. Highly recommended.

My go-to appliance repair people from now on. Kyle was excellent. Fixed our noisy dryer and an issue we had with our fridge. The prices are also very reasonable. Call these people.

He was able to repair my dryer on site and for an extremely fair price. FIVE+++ stars from me. I can’t say enough good things about Brothers Appliance. Prompt, knowledgeable and polite. I immediately felt I could trust this person/company to look after me. We arrived home from a vacation to find that our fridge was not cooling. The freezer contents were still viable so we think the fridge stopped working about 1 day before we got home. Obviously we need it repaired as soon as possible. We are retired and most of the repair people we have used for years have also retired. I saw Brother’s Appliance on line and called. The call was picked up immediately and Ryan was able to take a look at our fridge that day. He came in the morning, assessed the problem and came back with the part at the end of the day. Total life saver…I will be recommending him and using his company from now on.

My washer stopped working. Brothers was able to attend and Ryan did a fantastic job. Very professional and polite. He got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was also reasonable. Thank you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I've dealt with other appliance repair companies here before, and there is no comparison. The owners are the ones answering the phone and showing up at your door. It feels like how honest small businesses used to operate in bygone days. I mean this in the most positive way.Kyle answered my call about a leaky washer on a Sunday, and showed up right on time. He fixed my issue in about 15 minutes, for a very reasonable price.This is a stand-up company. Do not hesitate.

Very Disappointed ! NOT RELIABLE! NOT RESPONSIVE!My dryer had problem tripping breaker after each load completed. Dryer guy came and checked it. He was not sure about the issue but he thought it might be a wire that was disconnected and should be fixed. He said to give him call if it is not fixed or happens again. After few loads of laundry, exactly same issue repeated.I phoned the office and talk to the owner of company twice . He said it was his brother and he will give me call. He called me book an appointment and NO SHOW. I phoned them multiple times and left several voice message. It has been more than 5 weeks. I phoned at least 10 times . NO response. !!!DO NOT TRUST THEM THAT THEY WILL FOLLOW UP !!

These guys were very reasonable and honest. They even talked me out of getting a service because it wasn’t needed, where they could have just taken my money.

I highly recommend Brothers Appliance. Fair pricing,, smooth service, accommodating, and great response time. Definitely a local solid business I will use again when in need.
