Champagne nail lounge
I had a shellac manicure here and was not thrilled with my experience. The technician tried to remove all layers of my shellac with the electric buffer. The machine was at such a high power/heat that it was burning my nailbed right through my nail. I told her several times that it hurt and asked her to please turn it down, but she didn't. The exact same thing happened the last time I had a manicure here, but since then I'd had a good pedicure, so I thought I'd give the manicure another chance. I won't be doing that again.

Great massage chairs, had a really good massage and my pedicure was fantastic. One star removed as both friends beside me did not have the same experience. They didn’t get long massages and their paint wasn’t ideal, I guess it depends on who you get.

Went there for the first time today… absolutely awesome! Place was beautiful and super clean. All the staff were lovely! They even offered me coffee during my pedicure. Will definitely be going back. Thank you <3

Love this nail salon!I have been going to Champagne Nail lounge for almost a year. So happy to have found great nail artists in Abbotsford.Don (owner) is always focused on customer service, as are his staff.Had my wedding nails done here and I just keep going back for great customer service, intricate nail art, and fair prices.Stella is my favorite artist as she takes her time on designs I bring in, and isn’t afraid to recommend colors to me that match.Thanks Don, Stella and staff for always making my nail visit 5 stars! ⭐️

I'm having my engagement photos done this week so my mom wanted us to do a mother/daughter day of manicures & pedicures. We found this salon through recommendations on Facebook. After reading the reviews online, we decided to try it out & I'm so glad we did! It was such a wonderful afternoon! All of the staff is so sweet and attentive. I'm absolutely in love with the results! I live out of province but will be getting married back home in BC, so I plan on coming to them again for my big day ☺️ Stella did my pedicure & manicure and she is an absolute delight! Easy to talk to, was attentive to detail (she checked in as she worked to make sure I liked what she was doing) and made me feel very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend coming here!

Was so happy to try this highly reviewed salon. Left feeling angry and disappointed. I read that they offer a drink when you come in, the receptionist didn’t offer me anything. Another customer (non-caucasian) came in and I noticed wasn’t offered a drink either… thought oh well maybe they don’t do that anymore…. as I was finishing up a couple of caucasian girls came in and as soon as they sat the receptionist asked them if they wanted a coffee or anything else. I was fuming, I don’t see any other reason for her behaviour other than racism. It’s really sad this is still happening in this day and age. As for the job, very mediocre… cuticles were full of nail polish and uneven application.

My first visit. They had a special for pedicure at $36 . It was done in 25 mins so fast by a young man. Massage was minimal. Since it was my first visit I just wanted to see how it was done. My heels were not scrubbed properly, I didn't want to say anything since it was my first visit. By the time I paid it was $45 plus tax. I didn't bother to ask n might feel embarrassed. Jib was done too fast.

Ohhhh, I had the best experience! I will 100% be going back. I had the most gentle and effective pedicure, and my nails are pretty. Thanks for the green tea, massage, hot stones, and friendly smiles.

My daughter gave me a Champagne Nail Lounge Gift Card. I came to the salon on my Birthday, they offered me drink and a Birthday Cake! Everyone in the shop sang the Happy Birrthday Song! Surprised and So Touching! The service was also amazing!! Love it and would recommend for everyone!
