All the staff are friendly, professional, and complete the tasks with mastery of skills. The staff will send out for the required replacement items and can even do maintenance on exotic cars. My Jaguar 2006 S Type spent many an hour in their care.

Did an excellent job of replacing front wheel bearing and diagnosing other front end problems. Turned off SES lite which was appreciated and has not come on again.Job was completed on a timely basis and reasonable price.

Everyone here was absolutely fantastic. I was driving from the cottage and my cars electrical system shutdown. I coasted in to Ellis as my car was breaking down and within a half hour I went from panicking to driving off the lot in a loaner for the weekend. By Monday morning the car was ready, for much cheaper as they gave me an estimate for the most likely issue and only charged me for what was actually wrong. I guarantee if I had ended up anywhere else, there’s no way my experience would have gone as smoothly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mechanic. Thank you for saving my birthday weekend!

I know nothing about cars other than where to put the gas in. These guys tell you what’s wrong, don’t over charge, and make sure you know what needs to be done, what needs to be done soon and what you don’t actually need! Great customer service! Some place you can trust to ensure you get the service you need at an honest price!!

Being able to do many things myself, this was out of my scope of experience, and after having a bad experience with the purchase of a lemon, Ellis Automotive worked on it and stayed on it until it was figured out. I was extremely happy with the service and would recommend this garage to anyone!!!

Stopped on my way through Lakefield as I noticed I had a flat tire and the gas station’s air machine was out of order. I explained my situation to the staff and they brought me right in, checked the pressure and added air to all four tires free of charge. Thank you so much to the staff who made a difficult day much better!
