Such a great experience! The entire clinic is so well organized and efficient that I cannot imagine there being a better run office. The location is great, the staff are nice and the interior is gorgeous. There is free special coffee available, washrooms are public, and the pharmacy is right across from the main desk. Though there is a parking lot that is large there might be difficulty getting a spot close to the building, but the building isn’t too far. There is a bit of a wait when you get there, I waited about 30 mins after my appointment time to see the doctor but I had booked time off work to account for that whenever I go to appointments here or anywhere else. At least there is a great waiting room to pass the time and enjoy some shows and coffee. The doctor and nurse that I saw were so kind and friendly and they were so respectful and professional! I love that the nurse and doctor are both younger and super approachable. They were the best medical professionals I’ve had the pleasure of seeing! Great place and looking forward to further treatments there!

I brought my elderly mother to this clinic and we had such an amazing experience from the doctors, the nurses and the front staff.Dr. Nguyen has such kind and compassionate bedside manner, listened and thoroughly answered all of our concerns and questions, and helped us tremendously. I visited the clinic a week ago. I usually go downtown (and they are amazing) but i couldn't get an appointment. First of all they messed up my appointment and I had to be rebooked the next day to see a doctor. I saw Dr. Nguyen, I came in with burning rash on my private part. I had previously saw doctor downtown and gave a cream which worked for a month but stopped working. Dr. Nguyen refused to help me and alleviate my suffering, instead he told me to see my family doctor to see if I have other problems than rash. What he doesn't know is I've been a nurse for 20 years and I am quite well aware of all the symptoms of the disease he's implying and inspite of my assurance to him that I don't have these symptoms he still refused to helpMe. I felt so humiliated and disheartened. I felt like because my problem is not in a usual area he's refusing to help me. I know it's a really bad eczema or skin irritation as I have it on the other parts of my body. Anyway, left there almost in tears as I felt helpless. The nurse was amazing though, hence the reason I'm giving 2 stars. Never going back to this location ever again.

Dr. LUK is an AMAZING doctor. Very passionate about his work and so personable. One of the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen in health care. Provides many options and ensures I fully understand them all. Madison was an absolute pleasure to deal with !

Dr. Russell Wong is a very knowledgeable medical and cosmetic doctor. He is kind, friendly and he always cares for the patient. I have known him for more than 6 years and I can definitely recommend him.Also, the clinic is very well organized with excellent staff. Happy to help you at any time.Overall, they care for you.

This post identifies as Dora which is my wife's name because I'm using her old phone. I'm Tom and my appointment went very well, indeed.I was taken in very quickly and Jan did my initial processing very promptly.Dr. Nughyn attended to me in short order, assessed my issued and discussed them thoroughly.He left Jan to attend to the treatment (which entailed taking biopsies) after arranging to have a further appointment set up.Jan quickly and pleasantly executed the necessary procedures with full explanations as she went.Overall it was an excellent experience and I look forward to attending at my next appointment in three weeks to discuss the results of the biopsy testing and a further assessment of my overall skin health.

Dr Karpman & the staff at Rejuvenation are excellent! They try to be as accommodating as possible when booking & appointments are always on time & efficient without being rushed. The level of thought & care you receive is amazing.

I have been visiting this place since 2021 and I am quite satisfied with their flexibility! The doctors are very friendly and taking time to listen. Nurses are outstanding and helpful. Recently, I was late for my appointment but the doctor accommodated me and made me happy with the right treatment. In the past, for some reason, I failed to show up at my appointment, however they did not disappoint me by charging any fee. So, I’m pretty pleased receiving the professional service at their clinic!

Professional and kind staff. Dr Wong is thorough and very forthcoming. I always feel that I am I. Good hands when Dr Wong checks me over for possible cancerous skin legions. He gives me options for treatment and or removal. He is the best!
