Turkish Airlines

Never book with them!!!!!!!Was denied boarding from Abu Dhabi half way in my travel. No explanations no rebooking and was left stranded in international transfers. Had to take a flight back home cancelling my entire trip. Applied for a refund and has been more than two month’s waiting, no response yet, I would never trust them again. @turkish airlines at least have the decency to pay back the money you owe me!

Started well enough with the flights, however I came to Nepal on a biking trip and Turkish lost both of my bikes at the same time!5 days later, numerous calls to customer services, reports filed and still no bikes.Worst service I have experienced and I would never recommend this airlineHaving travelled +100k miles a year for many years on different airlines, this is the worst experience!!Avoid and don’t get fooled by more reasonable fares, not worth the last time and $$ lost.

On April 04 we went to Turkish airline Toronto office for refund. We met ASIF TARIQ . I have never seen such an excellent and professional customer serviceHe was courteous, polite and very helpful. He finished refund of cheque within half hour. Turkish airline needs such kind of professional personnel . Thank you Asif

Terrible experience with Turkish Airlines. Literally I was charged for service and it wasn’t provided. Moreover, once I submitted feedback TK-8174734 and provided clear evidence of a technical error on their website that prevented me from making my payment, their customer service team was unprofessional and unhelpful. Basically they tried to blur the real system issue and to put all responsibilities on me. Their lack of understanding and failure to provide proper support is unacceptable. I do not recommend this airline. Garbage

I had some issues with tickets for my wife and two little kids! 1-800.. number was not helpful at all ( they don’t speak fluent English!!!!!). I decided to go to the Turkish Airlines office in downtown and I was very lucky: there is a employee Asif Tariq who was able to resolve all ticket issues in20 min time!! Thanks a lot

Turkish Airlines has the worst customer service. They are not responsive at all. Our luggage was lost. We had to buy clothes and personal items again for our trip. When our luggage was sent back, the luggage was completely damaged and it has not returned any damage. The worst experience of our trip with It was Turkish Airlines.

Turkish airlines are the best airlines but sometimes their flights get delayed.....they don't provide the best food to eat.....

Turkish Airlines - everything is halal. Service was good. Bathrooms were extremely small and not cleaned.Turkish Airport - A very large clean airport.You only get wifi for one hourEverything is well overpriced - as expected for an airportEverything is Halal.Did not find any place that offers real Turkish kebabs. There are lots of pre made sandwhich places but I was really looking forward to fresh kebabs.I asked someone where in the food court this will be offered - he directed me to Burger King….One positive thing about this airport is that there are some very nice seating areas. Some nice lounges. Recliner areas and small outdoor soothing areas. Helps with providing the airport with a more comfortable feel.Ended up eating at shake shack - burger was good.The fries were way overpriced and not worth it. I of course ordered the cheesy spicy fries. And it was def NOT worth it.

I have had nothing but exception service with this airline. Cancelled trips initially due to Covid and then to poor health, had us cancelling and rebooking and cancelling and rebooking... a number of times. They have been compassionate and caring - and have bent the fixed" rules to accommodate. I have never had any other airline be so humane. I also happen to be a travel advisor - and if Turkish Airlines is an option for clients

We went to the Turkish Airlines office at 170 University Ave a couple of days ago and had a very good experience. Asif was super helpful and found the best choices for our tickets. He even followed up with us to make sure we get the wheelchair request we had made. Altogether, I would recommend this location for their great service
