My father brought our family campervan in with a computer problem, explained that he was in a time crunch as he was trying to sell the unit. After weeks of waiting, replacing the computer part- only to find out they tried to pull a spark plug and broke it off.The owner Anthony gave my dad the run around on progress, finally told him the spark plug broke off, and they hadn't even had it in the shop.Dad has since removed the vehicle- no doubt after being charged for the attempt- only to find out to remove the broken spark plug will cost 6000.Jass had been our family and business go to for auto repairs, but since the original owner retired has completely gone down hill.Don't be swindled by this shop!

I've been going to Jass auto for 10 years and counting now for all my major vehicle work.The crew there are always honest and give you nothing but their best work. They take the time to explain the vehicles issue(s) and give you options on what you need to and with no pushy sales tactics.I moved out to Fort Saskatchewan 2 1/2 years ago and still go there regardless because of the service and the experience. Definitely an amazing shop run by some amazing people, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Vehicle In for brake work. Honest, helpful, dependable, very reasonably priced.Highly recommended. I for one have just found my forever mechanic shop. These guys are aces. Too bad it stops me at a 5⭐ rating, they deserve a 10⭐.

What a great team of mechanics! The guys there were super helpful, they worked on my 09 flex and they were honest, on time, respectful & easy on the eyes ladies! I have walked into many shops and be treated like I had no knowledge about my car, which in fact I know lots about my car. To walk out of there treated like a real client was great & not being taken advantage of was a game changer! I won't be taking my car anywhere else !!!!!Thanks guys!!!

This morning my battery was dead I had to call a Triple AMA to come out and give me a jump. I was told to keep the car running until I got a battery replaced. It was My 1st visit to jazz auto Anthony is the man Nice guy easy to talk to professional didn't play any games he managed to squeeze me in. I had to wait , a bit over two hours. The tire Had to be removed to be taken off to get to the battery in the wheel well. I couldn't expect them to stop everything on my account but they did get it done and it was reasonably priced. Thanks so much.
