In my honest opinion, this is the best sushi restaurant in KW.Top sushi quality backed with great customer service. Love how they constantly working on new menus. In every try, I was able to experience the owner's passion about the food. Would definitely recommend this place!

We ordered the small veggie maki tray and the dragon special tray for a party for 10 people. We ordered ahead of time and everything was ready on time, and everyone loved it all!

Ordered SushiYou for lunch for the 1st time today . Got the spicy tuna roll and the L13 lunch roll. Price is a little steep. Wish they had more variety for lunch specials.However the rolls themselves were very tasty. Very Fresh ingredients. The service was friendly. Couple greeted me warmly as I entered the store. Store itself is quite small. No room to sit down, it is a take out only establishment.

Best sushi I’ve ever had by far and I’ve been to Japan manyyyy times. I can honestly say I enjoy Sushi You more than what I’ve had in Japan! Service is spectacular- amazing owners. It’s very pricey and that would be the only reason I don’t order more often.. but I feel good about supporting a good local business.

Excellent sushi! I was very impressed with the freshness and perfect ratio of rice to filling. The spicy salmon, salmon & avocado, and salmon rolls are incredible. This is the best quality sushi I've ever had and I have nothing bad to say about my order. I ordered online and it took 20 minutes to be ready for pick up. I'm so happy that there is a sushi restaurant right in New Hamburg. This is my new go-to sushi spot.

What an excellent addition to New Hamburg!We ordered the medium Maki tray along with a few extras. The tray has a nice range of flavours which was a great way to sample a lot of Sushi You's rolls.The portions are generous, the rolls are beautiful, and the flavours are great. The in store service was also pleasant and efficient. We ordered online and prepaid and the preparation was true to their estimated wait time (less than 1/2 hr) I only wish there was an option to tip online because they definitely deserve it.

Ordered here for the first time. Absolutely yummy! Fresh, flavorful and not overloaded with rice (good proportions rice/other) A little pricey but what isn't these days. Love that we have great Sushi in town now!

Best of the best that i have ever tasted over the last 13 years. Sushi was so fresh and delicious. It reminded me of nice quality sushi of Korea.

Ordered tonight with the soft opening of Sushi You, and they met / exceeded my expectations on the quality of sushi. Can't wait until they open full time next week
