Worst Service centre ever… they just get irritated when you ask questions…

Just got my oiled changed here as well as a recall handled with. After an hour and a half of waiting with my 4 month old there with no updates, I was told they had no idea where my vehicle even was. Total service took 2 hours, I didn’t get a car wash with it because it took so long and no one even showed me the new oil, what they did to my vehicle or what the recall was. Incredibly disappointed and will not be returning here.

Eng warr expired after 1 yr, 4 mos on recall issues, i now have to pay out of pocket for new engine elsewhere at $6,300 ill never deal with hyundai again

I have two Hyundai vehicles and over the years have had many services performed at Grimsby Hyundai. Kristen Millar, the Service Advisor, is a top class professional. Her team provides excellent, courteous and timely service. She is very good at following up also to ensure we are satisfied with the work performed. It is great to have such a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable person look after my service needs.

My husband and I have used Grimsby Hyundia different times over the past couple years and we have always been pleased with the service .The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.Nickie In particular , who is so very pleasant took care of us for last few appointments.We are so impressed with Nickie and the Machanic’s during the last appointment. There was an issue and between them they worked with us to solve the problem.Nickie was so helpful, honest and sincere. For the first time my husband and I feel we have found somewhere to come and know the staff care about their customers and the care of their cars.We look forward to continue using Hyundia Grimsby for our car service .As I mentioned in another review Hyundia is lucky to have such good staff.

What sets Grimsby Hyundai apart from other dealers is their honesty, transparency, and professionalism. You asked me to reach out to your service manager. But he is not ready to talk to me after I caught price gouging at your service place. I asked for the quote over the phone and when I was invoiced, price is completely different. When I asked about this, he said I am not trusting them!!! Seriously!!??!! Never talked to any of their employees with disrespect or loud voice. Still he feels like I am creating ruckus. Asking questions on the services that you do is our right. We need to know what’s going on. It’s not the question on trust.
