Honestly, the best run company I've experienced for years. Andy and Manon as truly the best at what they do, prompt, responsive caring, and kind. We had a bathtub full of black water the day before our holidays, and Andy came flying to the rescue - 45 mins later he'd resolved the issue. Thank you so much for being just awesome!

Outstanding experience with Ducky's drain. My kitchen sink was clogged pretty badly (couldn't clear it myself) and found out about Ducky's from reddit. Took Andy over 2 hours to fix the clog (it was that bad) but he got it done and cleaned the whole work area, left it cleaner than what it was before. Checked the plumbing in the basement to make sure everything is working fine. And he did not add any upcharge to the service for all the complications. In fact, he even took off a charge that should have been included. This is the first time I had to use a plumbing professional and Ducky's Drain got a customer for life :)

I called Ducky’s Drains on an excellent reference from a friend. Andy arrived promptly; had my bathroom sink running freely in a matter of moments. He also helped with an unrelated problem after I had simply mentioned it. He was personable and professional, and my bill was less than quoted. Highly recommend Andy.

Our kitchen sink had been giving us problems for months and Draino had worked but finally even that did not fix the problem. I called Ducky’s Drains before noon, was given a quote and told someone would be there between 2 and 4 pm. Was called at 1:50 to say someone would be there in 20 minutes and Andy arrived right on time. He had the problem fixed in less than an hour. He was neat and very personable and the price was right, too. Also fixed a small issue with the toilet. I had received a quote of $50 from Ducky’s for the toilet but Andy said it was a quick fix so no charge. He explained everything to me regarding the sink and told me how I could resolve the toilet issue myself if it happens again. I 100%/recommend Ducky’s Drains!

Andy was efficient and professional as always.We have a kitchen sink with a long pipe length that is at a flatter slope, so gets clogged every 2-3 years.Andy got the work done in under 30 minutes. Sink is draining clean again.The price quoted on the phone is what was charged. No hidden cost or sales tactics like other so-called big companies.Thank you Andy.

My mother’s 80 year old home has had numerous basement sewage problems over the last year.The City Of Calgary has been out numerous times, and was unable to completely rectify the problem. Various other plumbing companies have been used during these last 12 months, with very limited success.Andy from Ducky’s Drains has been out most recently, and has gone above and beyond what all others have done to rectify the problem.He spent far more hours than we all initially anticipated, and, despite these additional hours being required, there were no additional charges.We have been thoroughly impressed with this company’s professionalism, communication skills, and cheerful dedication to doing a difficult job in a most thorough and detailed way.
