Firstly, had a 40% coupon but of course it doesn't apply to 90% products in the store.I chose an Artist's Loft 6 tube paint package. Was not under an Everyday Value" sticker or signage. Showed full price. Went to look at the paint section and a woman with grey hair and glasses came over and basically chastised us saying "what are you looking for! And not in a pleasant way. I felt like I was doing something wrong by looking at stock. She said "if you take things out of the bunkers

Ordered a cricut machine during covid, curbside pick up was super fast and easy. Even ordering right from the parking lot, it didn't take long for them to process my order and bring it out. Machine works amazing.

Couldn't find what I needed. Vinyl decals for a wedding nor wine glass charms or anything like that at all to diy and their artificial flower selection did not have much variety as far as both flowers and colors. I left with nothing. I do love their painting selection however.

Love 25% off yarn. Used a 30% coupon and my senior discount. Purchased fun items and best of all......used a gift card i received for my birthday. I think I need more stuff. Michaels online shopping is just as fun!!!!!

Very disappointed in quality of canvases for painting. Only ones available had tears in them. Certainly not usable. 3 out of 5 I looked at. Is there no quality standard for what's on display. I was told that's only what was available no 12 x 36 in back storage.

Xmas decor and decorations were not out yet, but the rest of the store was full stock. I had to return something and it went smoothly, staff was very nice. Spoke eniglish AND french, what a difference from shopping in Quebec.
