The staff are incredibly patient and understanding. I never felt rushed even though I took an incredibly long time to find a mask that worked for me.As well THEY dealt with my extended insurance, something that I find quite intimidating.I feel like I could go to them at any time with problems or issues I may be having.Thanks especially to Shaina.

Horatio and Sasha were incredibly helpful in helping me navigate a difficult situation in which my prior CPAP machine was recalled. Their insight, expertise, and transparency made a challenging process so much easier and I consider myself quite fortunate to have found them.

I definitely would recommend everyone call them up and see what they can offer to assist you in getting a better sleep!Initially, I was booked by my doctor with another company for a sleep assessment with an appointment one month out! A friend recommended me to SnoreMD where I then asked my doctor to change his referral. SnoreMD was able to get me set up for the sleep assessment within a week!Once set up, Sasha and Shaina have been extremely helpful in monitoring my progress and in offering advice along the way to integrate CPAP into my regular sleep routine.Sasha and Shaina are always available for any questions and am able to offer support when struggling with the CPAP integration.Located at Kensington Mall with lots of parking with easy access. The free distilled water refills are a nice perk too!

They keep your credit card details on paper when u buy a machine. They need to hire a cyber security expert to take better measures. Such as using a cloud based encrypted system for sensitive data.The consultant was calm and respectful and did a good job but her helper Clarisse was a proud Karen and made some ridiculous comments that were uncalled for within a minute of me walking in and continued to do so until she was told to leave me alone.People mention that the machines are half the price on Amazon but I can see that they bank on insurance money which is the norm for the industry so it didn't bother me.They also have no washroom and you are told to go to Starbucks if you need to go.

Horatio and Sasha have been great! The staff here are extremely helpful and informative. I'm in the process of purchasing my C-Pap machine. I was able to try it out for a few weeks and they were very helpful with my planned therapy.

I was pleased with my experience getting diagnosed and purchasing a CPAP machine from Snore MD Burnaby!I underwent an assessment and machine trial period with them, and ended up purchasing my own machine from them. Throughout the process Snore MD staff were helpful, thorough, and friendly.Clarisse whom I did most of my scheduling with was friendly, concise and informative, and always kept up with scheduling reminders and dialogue!Shaina was very kind and explained the processes of CPAP well. She checked in on me during the process and always answered the questions I had in a down to earth and friendly manner, no matter how basic" the questions might have been. Her demeanor was warm and a great asset for a clinical setting like Snore MD where people could be nervous.Thanks guys!"

I appreciate their helpful professional service, monthly follow ups are helpful and the free distilled water refill is great. I'm glad I switched to MD from my previous clinic it's been a very positive experience.
