I've had a great experience with Salsa Bellies and highly recommend this class as a fun and engaging way to stay fit while pregnant. It helped me meet more pregnant ladies with common interests in the community and the instructor was so good and so knowledgeable! Thanks Joanna for having me in your salsa bellies class! I look forward to hopefully joining salsa babies one day with our baby

I am so in love with this activity for me and my baby. Once we start dancing all babies got relaxed and calmed. My daughter falls asleep, she enjoys it so much and it feels we heal every bad day. I always walk out in the best mood. Joanna is an excellent teacher! Super highly recommended for all moms out there!

Lots of fun. Good and gentle way to get moving with baby and even sweat. Instructor Joanna is very inviting and makes everyone feel comfortable, allowing for enjoyable group atmosphere and dancing.
