hours have changed dramatically, not much of a convenience unless it's before 6pm. staff is often slow and multiple people will be wandering behind the counter checking screens but not doing anything else with a line waiting.it's mote than obvious the staff don't want to be there. the mood is often down at this location. I'd recommend a different location or Starbucks

I love going to Timmy's when I'm in Canada. I brought my wife and son here while visiting Vancouver on Remembrance Day weekend. This location was very disappointing. First, the coffee wasn't as good as usual. Second, the state of the women's restroom was beyond deplorable, with the toilet filled with feces and toilet paper to overflowing. The staff seemed annoyed at being notified of the situation.

The breakfast food was just about OK, but missing any flavour.The coffee was weak and disgusting and had little resemblance to actual coffee. It was like someone had washed up some old coffee cups in a sink and served up the dirty water. Avoid.

Contrary to most of the recent reviews here, though we could be outliers, we had a positive experience at this branch of Tim Horton’s in Hornby Street, Vancouver. The coffee was decent but I think nowhere near how Breka, Renaissance or Bonus do theirs. The food was decent too and just the right portion sizes – hard to beat a classic maple bacon breakfast sandwich! Finally, their chocolate donut was a delicious way to finish our breakfast at Tim’s! We were happy with their service at the time too and had no issues whatsoever.

We were here at 11am and had the croissant meal. Quick service. Friendly patient staff at the front counter. Our first experience of a Tim Horton's here in Vancouver. Plenty of seats available. I cleaned my own table. Music playlist - thumbs up. Hash brown was nice and crispy.

Terrible location. Not enough staff, be prepared to wait forever. I have seen many customers leave while waiting in line because of the huge wait. And everyone else in line complains about how long it's taking. Staff are lazy, confused and extremely slow. It's also not clean and very dirty. Not to mention, they play very loud rap and Hiphop music, including explicit songs. It's so loud in there sometimes that you can't even hold a conversation with someone across from you. My partner and I call it the gangster Tim's" because it's so bad."

I never expect too much from Tim Horton’s, but today I was quite disappointed. I was the first person into the restaurant at 7:00am (opening time) and the tables obviously hadn’t been cleaned since the previous night. Crumbs on many of the tables…

Atmosphere of a morgue, maybe the worst Tim Hortons. There's so many good coffee places around and this is an absolute hole. The cream was lumpy, it was disgusting. Please do everything you can to avoid this place.

A typical Tim Hos. Drinks are good, service is decent, tables could be cleaner. Love the music selection for this location as they play Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey on loop!!
