Friendly staff, great selection on personal hygiene products.Have been for a massage and all therapists gave a great massage.

I booked an appointment a couple weeks in advanced. I received an email notification the day prior confirming my appointment. The day of my massage, I arrived a few minutes in advance just to be told that my reservation was canceled. They couldn’t explain why and couldn’t offer any resolution. Very disappointing.

It was my wife and I first time going to the store and it was very welcoming atmosphere. The staff that works there are fantastic, I dealt more with a gentleman named Pat but they are all great. Told them about the eczema that my son has and they offered sample to try on to see which one works better.Pat helped me a lot with getting a gift for my son's girlfriend and he explained what all the items did and how they worked. These product are not my expertise so Pats help was greatly appreciated.Will definitely go back to this placed and will want to try their massages.

This is an amazing spa! I went twice to get a facial and massage combo back in September and in November, and both times I had Jen. She is just astonishing. She has the most calming voice and her fingers are magic. I literally fell asleep during the appointment. Also, my face was glowing when I came out. I cannot recommend this place enough and when we come out of lockdown, I am booking an appointment! Thank you so much!

I used to go there for facials and massages. And all of a sudden without any explanation, whenever I try to book an appointment, they book me and then they cancel. That happened several times over more than a year. Yesterday I called again to book an appointment and after she went on my account. She told me we are not allowed to book any appointments for you. And she can’t give me a reason. I asked I need to know why what did I do to be banned from using the service. That was really unprofessional and made me uncomfortable Is it because I’m a bit over weight, is it a discrimination against me for any other reasons. They told me they will let the manager call me to explain but. Nothing. I have the right to know why I’m not allowed to use the service. And who does that? I have never heard of anything like that.

I wanted a deep tissue massage but only got a massage. Also, paid for an hour, but it was more like 50 minutes as I got called to go to the private room after my scheduled time and still had to unclothe. Masseuse was nice, though, do three stars are for her.

I had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly. I got a massage with Hannah and she was great. Very professional. Thank you!
