Il n'y a pas de gare bien définie pour l'arrêt du train.Après l'arrêt du train, un employé ViaRail descend et vérifie les cartes d'embarquement.

Edit: I must have thought it was asking me about the Cornwall Station. Coteaux has no seating or building. Tickets must be booked online ahead of time to ensure the train stops and there is minimal service times. Still, the staff is courteous when you are on the train.Original: Decent building with heating, washroom, vending machines, and plenty of seating. No staff present but the ticket kiosk includes a phone that connects you with a Via agent.

Viarail is amazing with customer service but ...if Viarail makes a stop there they should at least consider having a shelter like the one we see for bus stops and add a public phone. When I got there for the first time it was 8pm already dark and it took sometime to figure out what to do to get to my next destination...It is scary and uncomfortable for a girl to get there without knowing the area.For any travellers that stop there make sure you have someone to pick you up when you get there because there no bus and I think taxis are not really available unless you are willing to pay an extra $20 for a taxi from Valleyfield...those are things to keep in mind.
