Had Ken and his crew install our new air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and explained what each one was good for and ultimately letting us decide which one was best for our home and our budget.The installation of the unit and the connections in the area were done neatly and securely which was my concern with some of the cheaper quotes I had received with other technicians who weren’t able to answer my questions well. Pricing was also very reasonable and I feel confident in calling Ken again if I have other issues with my HVAC system.

For replacing the existing heating system, water tank and installation of AC, initially I asked Costco and Home Depot for provision of advices and quotation. When I talked with my friends about my planning. Bing HVAC is recommended by my three friends whom they don't know each other. Then, I also asked Bing HVAC for advices and quotation. I had meeting and discussion with these service providers. Bing HVAC is the most outstanding one. Ken, the owner of Bing HVAC, performed the site visit and explained how they're going to do the project. He provided me different proposals and explained to me in very details what are the differences among. He would advise you what is the best option to fit your needs. He would not push you to order the high-end products. He respects customer's decision. I had made several amendments to the quotation and he is willing to amend and update the proposal to me. In addition, Ken impressed me so much that he had spent almost 4 hours in the site visit and proposal presentation. However, other advisors just had about 1 hour for the site visit and proposal presentation.When the job was kicked off, Ken leaded his team to complete the job and resolved any unexpected issues in the field work. He and his team worked very hard and committed to get the job done even they worked over-time. He would not leave the job incomplete and get it done another day. When the job is finished, he would clean up all the rubbish and make your place in clean.Furthermore, he does not ask for fee increment for any over-time working. No hidden cost you would found in his billing.The City's inspector was of opinion that the installation was very good and well done by Bing HVAC. Ken has been in this industry about 20 years and he has certified qualification that he could perform such professional services across Canada. In case my friend needs maintenance, replacement or installation of heating and AC system, I love to recommend Bing HVAC to them without doubt.

Ken and his brother Yan" (the Mr. Ma's) were exceptionally professional right from the start. We had a leak with our old hot water tank and Ken explained patiently about possible issues and replacement options. We have used their services over the past years to install a furnace, home air conditioning and most recently an AC split in our master bedroom. We wanted the split to be controlled via a wireless thermostat and Ken had a solution from the manufacturer, but it was pricey and also would involve a quite a bit of time to install. Ken sourced a new product (Flair Next Degree) and brought it in on spec for us to try and it works seamlessly with the split (and many other HVAC products). Setup took 5 minutes and now we can have our house at a comfortable temperature when we arrive home.Bing Heating is definitely worth a phone call for all your HVAC needs
