Got the worst service that almost cost us a contract. For two weeks I could not get coverage let alone a quote despite the fact they had everything they needed to accomplish this, we have been dealing withthem already. Reached out to another provider and we had coverage within 24 hours.....worst customer care from Melvin and Mariette. Needless to say I took our business to were it was appreciated.

I requested a quote Nov. 26 and to date no one has bothered to call me back. It's Dec 4th. What terrible disregard for a future client...no chance of getting my business now.

Hailey and her team sell you unnecessary policies, they don't even know the exclusions on the policies sold, and retract their words when not under microphone. I highly suggest looking for another broker. Very shady operation

Do not deal with Dustin Barlott from this company I have never dealt with anyone so incompetent I contacted him last year for a commercial auto insurance quote I told him I had a minor infraction on my record. Once I was given my quote and everything was signed for he tells me two days later the quote changed because of a traffic infraction and I told him all of that up front before I was given the quote so I canceled the insurance. He doesn't pay attention to detail or listen to what a customer says then 5 months later I got a letter from Aviva for $13 that they forwarded to a collections agency which I knew nothing about I knew that I owed $13 but I was waiting for them to either take it out of my bank account or send me a bill and I got neither I later found out that Dustin Barlott had this letter in his possession the entire time and he's trying to tell me it was sent to me which it was not. I don't know how this guy got a job as an insurance broker but please do not deal with him at all

I have been a customer of Lloyd Sadd for over 15 years. By far the best insurance broker in the industry along with the best team to ensure all of your risk requirements are covered and met. I recommend them highly.

Great staff who have helped me out in a pinch a few times now.

We have worked with this Broker for over 5 years. It hasn't all been bad but the bad stuff has cost us money. I have been trying to talk to Penny, Nicole. H or Olivia for three days and have received no call back. We canceled everything for our company (as we closed shop) in Sept/Oct 22 and when I received my bank statement they are still taking payments out. Please make sure you do your due diligence or this could happen to you. I hope they reach out to make a correction. They definitely do not pay attention to detail.
