Woody Wood Burger

Was driving down younger and decided to give this burger joint a try. The menu is full of choice. They actually use real cheddar cheese. The woody wood burger was phenomenal. The poutine was hot and melted nice. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

I unfortunately can't comment as much as I'd like to on the food because the person who put everything in the bag (tall girl behind the counter I believe) put my burger in sideways and the Egg/Bacon burger I was looking forward to leaked half the egg all over inside the bag, picture attached.Otherwise...tasted pretty good, fries and onion rings were quite good as well, and the buns were excellent.However, value wise....2 combos with a piece of cake was $48! Talk about steep...definitely not worth that kind of money for some burger/fries and a couple cans of coke. The sample of sautéed peppers on the boom burger (pic attached) wasn't great to see either.

Our go to burger joint in the vicinity. They are unique in the wood charcoal grilled burgers. The aroma of the charcoal fills up the restaurant. Burgers are always nicely cooked, juicy and smoky. Service is always friendly and welcoming.

Amazing burger, delicious fries, and unforgettable mac & cheese.The service was wonderful and atmosphere was welcoming.The warm lights and wood-burning smells- INCREDIBLE.I got the cheeseburger with fries and a side dish of mac and cheese. The buns were delicious with sesame seeds and complimented the burger perfectly. But the mac and cheese, so GOOD.I will be coming back here in the near future, I cannot wait for the warm weather to enjoy a homemade burger on patio.

It was one of the greatest smoke flavored burgers I've had in a long, long time. Made fresh to order, and the smoky taste was unique. I ordered the woody wood burger itself. I highly recommend this burger joint, and if I get a chance, I will head back to try other items. Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant.

We got plenty of different burgers and it tasted amazing. You could taste the Smokey feeling of the grill and the touch of the caramelized onions underneath making the whole experience worth it. I wasn’t expecting the tongue beef to be good but to my surprise it was more than anything i could’ve expected. Juicy, fully cooked and delicious. Alongside the meat, the fries were uniquely fried and had the perfect crunch. I would 100% recommend this place as the service was amazing.

This is the best premium burger restaurant in Richmond Hill. It is conveniently located on Yonge, just south of 16th and has a great ambiance and extensive burger menu. I noticed it has a patio as well, which I'll have to visit in the summer time. Immediately while walking in I noticed the authentic wood burning smell from their grill. The lighting and set up are great for a quick bite or date. I ordered online and showed up early, but was lucky my food was ready. The young lady behing the counter was great. We ordered the spicy Spanish chicken and woody burger. They were large, well packages and definitely worth the price ($12.99). I love that their menu variety includes mushroom, chicken, beef, lamb and bison burgers. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great service, awesome burgers! If you want just an average burger you can get one anywhere but if you want to taste what hamburgers are meant to taste like then this is your place. Large variety including sides. Eat in, sit outside on patio or order out but just order!

Update:So we went back to have dinner on a Friday evening at around 8:30 and expecting to have the good experience we had before. When entering, we saw that half the restaurant was occupied by the owner’s guests for a private party and not many chairs left. On a Friday night! On a Friday night when it is so busy!We saw an empty table for two and although we were three, we wanted to grab it but the owner told us that is also reserved.So many people would come in search of a place to sit but not finding anything.Another table was occupied and they had their dog sitting on the table, that’s right, sitting on the table!!!! I understand pets are adored and loved by their owners but I find something very wrong and not hygienic about that!I had the elk burger which is about 20$ as I write this, and we had crispy chicken burger and woody wood burger. We ordered and paid. Then I saw a picture of a burger with sautéed mushrooms and asked if they could add that topping to my burger. They charged us an extra $2 for. Bit of cold mushrooms that they added to my burger! While many places have mushrooms as free topping or add $1 to the bill.Washroom is also very dirty and seemed like a guy discharged himself all over the toilet and no one actually checked or cared to clean the area.Overall, our experience was very different than the first time we visited and that’s perhaps why we were so disappointed.—————————————————-Really liked their burgers. I was in this area and came across this place on a beautiful bright sunny summer day last weekend.1. Food: i ordered veggie burger and this is the reason of my 3 stars. Good part was the roasted veggies that added crisp to overall taste however Soya pattie was very hard to chew and so dry which ruined the experience. I had to take out the pattie and then enjoy the burger.2. Service: self service3. Ambience: neat and clean. Patio is situated just accurately so there is no direct sun rays but a warm breeze4. Menu: good variety of burgers and sides. However no option of combo meal5. Pricing: genuine and economical6. Hygiene: chef was wearing gloves and cap so it's impressive hygiene maintainedSuggestion: you may introduce combo meals with soda and fries rather than customer ordering all 3 separately especially when it is a single person to eat.
