Friendly worker at till but absolutely horrendous delivery service, didnt knock on door, cannot follow simple instructions, I marked DO NOT safe drop a tiny package(4k bluray) which shouldn't have been safe dropped anyway cause it fits into the mailbox easily, and the pickup time they left was 26 hours after it was supposed to be delivered, way to ruin a party canada post

The staff is inexperience, instead of shipping the product to the customer they shipped the product back to the sender. Our customer complains and we get no money back from the employee mistake, and we didn't even get an apologies.

Good friendly service. A reviewer complained that his package was not put in his mailbox. He also said he left a note not to safe drop. In this case post did exactly what he requested. He was not home to receive his package and he requested no safe drop.
