No RBQ licensed as advertised!Terrible experience with this company, when this company was hired to install a wood stove in the basement at my mom's house we thought their prices were reasonable cheap.....not even 3 months after the pipe on the roof collapse! And this company is charging to have it redone again close to $1000. I blame it on the fact that the pipe was not attached properly and the company blames it on the fact that the snow took it down which is Not true (we didn't even had that much snow this year, it is a metal roof and the roof was cleaned)The owner of the company is disrespectful and takes no responsibility for something that was not done properly, he did NOT install an ice stopper neither recommended one, he knew this could happen and it didn't prevent it....one more way to charge more money to the customer.He called my mom an incompetent home owner because she wanted to save some money....at the end she did not save any money, she trusted someone to be so called expert" she now has the headache of dealing with the problem and paying someone else to fix it at a higher price and filling a legal complaint against l'ramoneur.Be aware that if you have any issues
