Ryan's Tech Stop

Out of all the tech shops in Fort St John, Ryan was the only one to take my phone call. He proceeded to order a screen for my series 2 iwatch, which was delivered the next day. This screen was very well priced and very good quality. Ryan installed the screen and it looks as good as new. Very pleased with my experience.

Ryan has excellent customer service. He was very accommodating to me to repair my phone with a moment's notice, and even offered a loaner phone while mine was being repaired. The quality and cost of his service can't be beat. I've had to get my phone repaired with him twice now and he always backs up his work. Highly recommend!

Great guy to deal with, had my phone screen fixed in just over half an hour (galaxy S21 plus). Even threw in a new battery. Professional quality work at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else. Highly recommend Ryan for any sort of work like this.

My experience with Ryan was unfortunately extremely bad. I hope this serves as a warning to others. Ryan was going through business and personal stress but that is not reason enough for the utterly unprofessional service I received. I feel cheated and stolen from. My phone took water damage and he took my phone saying he will call me with a quote the next day. I did not hear anything back for 2 weeks. I called, left voicemails, messages and even went to the store. He got back to me 2 weeks later saying he needs parts that will come in 2 days. Again no response for another 2 weeks. I got in touch with Conor, his assistant but there was no call back. Finally he gave me back my phone and charged 375 dollars without giving any quote previously. I took the phone home but the wifi, internet, bluetooth charging plug, none of it worked. Noe I am stuck eith a phone that turns on but I cant access or transfer any files. It is now nearly 2 weeks that I have been trying to reach him and Conor but they never reply. I am now writing, sitting outside his shop, which is ofcourse is closed on a day he is supposed to be open. Ryan if you read this have the decency to call back. You have my number.

My daughters phone Screen was broken at school. Ryan came highly recommended so we decided to give him a try. He was able to book us in that evening and had the phone repaired within half an hour. He was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received. He explained everything to us about the entire process and was super friendly and informative. Will continue to use his professional services in the future.

The attention to the detail was the best! I had to change the glass screen on my tablet BUT Ryan fixed even some small other things what was not right with my tablet at no extra cost. Seemed like doing a great service was definately his first priority. Definately would recommend Ryan to anyone who need to fix their devices!

I really want to say good things about this place. Ryan was a good dude, service was fast for me. But when my glass got replaced he gave me a screen protector that's wasn't put on properly and peeled up after about 3 days. And the camera glass is already loose inside the back of my phone and constantly rattles around. And it's super annoying, and dust is inside blocking my camera, picture quality is no good anymore. And the glass is already cracked again on the back of my phone.

I cannot recommend Ryan enough. I called him about a phone screen repair that to me seemed hopeless. I called him at noon and by 3:30 I had a perfect, functioning phone. If I could rate the experience higher than 5 stars I would!

I can’t give lower than 1 star or I would. Ryan is a liar and thief. He has had my daughters IPad since last November. Nothing but stories and excuses every time I manage to track him down. I’m sure I will run into him around town again. Ugly scene next time.

Had a unexpected crash towards my PC, and also had a Switch of mine that was water damaged.When it came to my Switch, he did an amazing turn around with it and made it feel completely brand new and I can't even tell that it was water damaged at all. Even with paying labor and taxes, it was still an unbeatable price.When it came to my PC, he was remarkable to work with again, and even made sure to put things on hold at his shop, since my work and life got put on hold because of my PC crashing.Quality, affordable work. And I'm glad I got to know him more than just a Customer x Client basis. Definitely have no trouble, worries, or issues going to him for repairs, fixes, or upgrades!
