Greenwood Kingston Family Health Clinic

One of the worst clinic I had to deal with, take forever(2, 3 month sometime more) to complete government form that cost money to the customer every month. They give a appointment to fill up a form but they only talk to you and don't fill anything and say they will do it for the following week, months and many calls after.....lol what a joke. Receptionist Unhelpful/unwilling to help, never smile...if you don't like your job, just quit or talk to peoples correctly. I prefer be sick longer and wait for an appointment at another clinic than go there. It can be simple, hire staff that wants to work and greet customer correctly(we are already stressed enough to see a doctor, we don't need to see someone that you feel that their face will crack if they smile) , do what you say for when you say, don't promise anything if you are not sure you can do and, don't lie.
