We received a present that we wanted to exchange in this store. The responsable refunded - by error - to the sender of the present and it was not possible to exchange anymore the present and not even to take back the clothes. The responsable refused to give any options or commercial gesture for their mistake. This is non professional and very frustrating.

Good experience, was not busy compared to other outlets in the mall.Service was courteous and efficient at the cash. We found a few things for our grandchild that were at an excellent reduction.Only negative was the 2 employees huddled together on the floor discussing life and such, never approaching or asking us if we required assistance.I would shop here again.

Good customer service, you have clothes for kids, men, women. You can have pountbif you are affiliated to old navy or banana republic. I got 40 % off plus 10% discount to be an old navy member, I usually don't buy there but the person was very kind to explain me the deal

I was there yesterday and the store was a mess. Clothes all on the floor the fitting rooms had clothing in them from previous customers, nobody to assist people in the fitting rooms in case sizes don't fit, and the children's department was not helpful. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Save yourself time and energy, go and Shop elsewhere. Very unprofessional and ill faithed manager. The company needs to give her more training. I spent 245$ in there and yet she refused to refund me a 35$ shirt. Would've given 0 star If allowed. Gap Carrefour Laval needs to take better care of its customers. 4 star rating well illustrates the poor level of customer satisfaction.
