I have come to this Ten Ren location for the past 10 years and the customer service is always warm and inviting. They always offer tea samples and will try to understand what you are looking for. I have noticed the quality of the tea at this location is exceptional, especially the oolongs and pu-erh teas. There are also some Vancouver exclusives that you can only get at this location, so don't be confused if you see some higher grade oolongs available that you might not find at other Ten Rens globally. This is always a spot I think of when I want to find authentic good quality teas to give as gifts.

I got Shanghaid in Vancouver. My wife and I visited TenRen in Vancouver on my birthday. I was going to buy some good tea to treat myself. A fairly accomadating (yet rather unfriendly) lady sat us down and allowed us to try 3 different teas. Then she stood up and said Which one are you going to buy?". Since my wife and I already decided we were there to buy a very good tea

Come here for all your tea needs!This green awning has been a landmark at the intersection of Main and Pender for years.I don’t enjoy the concoctions and teas from places like David’s Tea. Ten Ren delivers good, quality teas that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Tea lovers, I highly recommend this place! The staff will go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for.

Love my regular visits to Ten Ren. Friendly staff, good quality products at reasonable prices (LOVE the regular sale bargains). My favourite is the matcha like powder from Taiwan for less than half the price of Japanese matcha brands ... it tastes better too! Less bitter (the sweeter taste of the leaves makes it taste delicious), and it is easy to make a paste). I drink this every day for health reasons and am so glad I found it here.Everything we have tried is of excellent quality and reasonable price for good quality tea.Ten Ren is now my go to"
