Visited last summer. There were lots of great quality finds and the staff were so nice! They complimented all of our outfits. The store itself is well layed out and aesthetic and there's tons of cool pieces!

The kindest and most stylish place in Calgary. Such wonderful pieces of clothing and the greatest and most inclusive team. They make me feel safe and appreciated always and just EEK they're lovely! A must-visit place if you're in Calgary.

Velour has the BEST selection of vintage clothing! I think my closet is like 60% velour clothing exchange at this point!Everyone who works there is so lovely. The prices are very reasonable for the quality they offer. You can tell that they take the time to vet each piece they chose to sell and only pick the highest quality, unique, and fashionable items. I love finding unique pieces here and always feel like I walk away with a deal!

This lady is so snotty, she thinks she selling Louis vutton or something, treated me and my children like we are beneath her and basically kicked me and my kids out of the store, took her a week to go through my stuff and then said she want taking any of it ! I have lululemon stuff and gorgeous dress like I will never ever shop here.

A beautiful, curated collection of vintage clothing, shoes and bags. Great vendors products, change rooms and an amazing art mural and visual displays.

Myra and her team rock, they have a strong sense of curation and I love coming to check out new additions. Whenever I bring in items, they are very communicative and tend to offer a competitive price for my clothes. If you have menswear you're trying to offload, I would suggest bringing your goods in!

I had a bad experience selling to Velour.I brought in a bag of clothes on Saturday, and I was told that it would take three weeks for them to sort through it.When I got home, I re-read their instructions online, and learned that damaged items are sometimes accepted, but that Velour will subtract the price of the repairs at their discretion, from the total amount of money earned. Maybe 3 or 4 of the ~25 items that I dropped off had small amounts of damage. I felt afraid that I'd lose a significant portion of my earnings. I have a learning disability, and even though I had read their instructions several times, I somehow missed that part. Fortunately, I had carefully labelled each damaged item.I emailed Velour on Sunday and let them know the mistake that I made. I told them that each damaged item was labelled, and suggested a variety of options to resolve the situation. I disclosed that I had a learning disability. On the following Wednesday, I received an email from Velour letting me know that they had chosen not to purchase any of my garments. This was confusing, because it didn’t meet the three week timeframe that they had quoted; it hasn't even been a week. I wondered if what I said influenced them to decide not to do business with me.I’ve asked them for an explanation, but their sudden decision to reject my entire drop-off package left me feeling disappointed and confused. I had carefully picked items from my closet that seemed to match their aesthetic: block colour vintage silk blouses, 70s boho embroidery, etc. One of the pieces was a vintage style summer dress that I had previously purchased from Velour, which they had displayed on a mannequin. I washed, hand-steamed & folded my items before dropping them off.I get that resale" stores reject garments for all sorts of reasons
