Staff is limited at this location. I ran in for a quick purchase and had to wait six minutes until someone answered my shout-outs. The gentleman who took me to the product I was looking for, was very helpful and courteous.The cash line up is long and winding, just to get to it. When I got there, there were two register cashiers working and two ladies at the cashier/customer service desk. Only one was with a customer the others were talking or taking care of something more important than their customers.My quick purchase took me longer than fifteen minutes to buy.

The store is clean and bright. The aisles are closer and product hubs are closer together then your average store, but the upside is they pack more options for items in the store. I've been in here multiple times and was able to find what I was looking for. Recent visit needed help finding some items and the employee was polite, helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

Well organized store with a good selection of everything from tools to kitchen wares to automotive repair and parts to camping gear.They have both self checkouts and cashiers but lineups can get a little testy during busy times.Their automotive repair service is a pretty busy place so either book ahead for offered services or be prepared to read a good book while you wait.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, Darryl has helped me afew times when I have a question or need assistance finding an item. He is always so helpfulI've bought many tools and other parts for my vehicles without issue. The automotive staff are great about answering my questions about parts and car accessoriesI enjoy shopping here and seeing the deals they have to offer

I recently shopped at Canadian tire Keswick location and needed help with a few things. My cashier Haylee was super helpful and kind. She made sure to answer all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed, she’s a great cashier and is one of the reasons I will continue to go back. Thank you for making my experience a good one!

Such a large store that carries a good selection of items. I came to the automobile area to return a part. My experience was 10 mins long from start to finish. Your staff are amazing . Thank you Canadian tire?.

Canadian tire is the only brick and mortar that gets it right, this store added 4 self check outs and still staffed the regular cash's. Recently I had a carpet shampooer break down, it was on warranty and I did not have the receipt, Brenda helped me immensely, after find the purchase of the product on my Canadian tire points card, she happily told me that it is on warranty with the store and all i had to do was bring it is for a replacement. Kudos to Keswick Canadian tire

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this canadian tire automotive. I took my car for a wheel alignment, and I was told there was some work needed to be done on the front end to fix the issue. No problem, I ask them to go ahead and do the work. The overall cost was 750. I was told the alignment was not perfect but better than it was. I accepted this, the following 6 months my tires wore much faster at a much worse pace. I went back to Canadian Tire to be told, that it was past time to have the work corrected. I asked for a free alignment, they told me no, and I also could not book an appointment, as it is first come first serve, and i could not leave my car there for a week to be dealt with at an undetermined time.I went to another shop, and the alignment was done, with no issue.my take away, is their equipment may have been faulty - which happens. but please correct your mistakes.750 dollars of alignment, and 800 dollars worth of tires with no recourse or correction.

I called the Newmarket location five times in a half hour and no one answered the phone. I called this location and they picked up the phone on the first ring. I asked for an appointment in the afternoon on that same day, and they fit me in… When I arrived, I was greeted immediately they gave me an estimated time of one hour, and they were done in one hour… even though they ran into a problem that was unforeseen. They called me and proceeded to fix my problem… Excellent customer service five star recommendation.

I needed to change my rear brakes on a vw atlas and I decided to bring it to canadian tire keswick shop. I spoke to John which was very helpful and arranged for me to bring in the vehicle that day. They kept my car in for 2 days and no one called to fill me in on what was going to happen and not only that I had to pick up the vehicle with nothing done as the shop has no clue what to do with slightly newer cars.PLEASE DO NOT BRING IN YOUR CARS TO GET SERVICE THERE BUY PARTS AND INSTALL YOURSELF OR ANOTHER SHOP THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING .
