ABC Towing

I live in a apartment building and drive a big truck.. our parking spots are all out if wack and they decided to give me the most narrow spot. Sometime when the cars beside me park to close to the lines I can't fit. The apartment cant give me another spot cause they're full. They advised me to call ABC for the days I cant fit ( which rarely happens but it does) and to let them know I will be parking in visitors free of charge because of this..Never had issues prior to this because I'm paying for a spot I can't fit in. This time I spoke with a lady and she was extremely rude. Told me my building is wrong and I need a parking pass for visitors. My building says its okay because it's their lot and to just call it in because I cant park in my spot.. Also I do snow removal, if its midnight or 2am and i cant fit in my spot! How do I get a pass at this time of night? Lol pathetic

Great Company to deal with family owned and ran! Called for a tow they where there in 20 mins or less the price was extremely fair! They have always been my number 1 company to call for all my towing and transporting needs! They have a lot false negative reviews from more then likely from fake accounts or other companies trying to put down a great company! I would use them again and would recommend them to all my family and friends! Keep up the great service guys!

Excellent guys really respectful and understanding of special situations like mine. Prompt and professional as well. Highly recommend these guys for tows wouldnt call anyone else.

Avoid this company at all cost. The customer service was more traumatizing than my car accident. I had an accident a couple km from them and they charged me over $300 for towing (not including daily charges accumulated since). Also give me a lot of hassle when picking up my car. Overall the whole interaction with them felt extremely thug like.

Horrible service.over$400 for a tow across BurlingtonDamaged my vehicle then the owner threatened violence if I did not get the f#*% off the property.The stereotype is real.Cannot believe Halton police use these crooks.

We called for a tow truck to get a customer's dog out of their car which was inadvertently locked. The driver arrived within 10 minutes and wouldn't even allow the owner to pay him. This shows that there are still caring and kind people in this world. Thank you to this driver. I don't even know his name but he came to ICLS on Cornwall Road in Oakville today and he should be recognized for his generosity and kindness. I would call and recommend you guys in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Have used these guys in the past and they were fine, it's usually 60 bucks to tow my car to the mechanic, called and made an appointment and was quoted 60 bucks, same as always, the guy was nice enough but when we get the auto shop he says it's 150, I have to pay for the use of dollies and even has the nerve to charge me 2 kilometres, it's literally around the corner, now I see a lot of bad reviews, I don't know if they changed ownership or management or what but what a bunch of crooks, don't use these rip off bastards, I certainly won't anymore.

PARTNERING YOUR BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE OF THIS CALIBER WILL ONLY HURT YOUR BRAND & BOTTOM LINE! Think twice before using this service.Quite possibly the worst interaction I've ever had in my life with someone who claims to be the owner of a small business. Rude, callous and aggressive. Had caused me to have such a severe panic attack (while 8 months pregnant) I ended up at McMaster Hospital. Being a tow truck business owner is never anyone's dream job - but it doesn't give you the right to be a nasty individual and prick. If I could I'd give less than 1 star, but unfortunately it has to be something. If you have a choice to use a tow truck company, please avoid this one.

From my call being answered immediately by a knowledgeable dispatcher who sent the right equipment for the job, to prompt arrival as promised within 1/2 hr, to professional and courteous service, and a more than fair price at the end of the job, ABC towing met and exceeded all of my expectations.I would use them again or recommend them without hesitation .
