The best church ever! Very welcoming and there is also a Muslim group that meets for prayers there too. It’s like little mosque in the Hammer. The Scouting groups there who run program to help boys and girls develop their leadership skills while having fun is without comparison.

St. Andrew's is a totally welcoming church family! The opportunities available to experience your own sense of faith are endless. The weekly messages leave you thinking that you are not a person lost, but a person searching for understanding of life, faith, and church family and where you might fit into the whole circle. No organization is without commitment if you want it to remain vital, but there was no pressure for me to jump right in running! I was able to find my own paths within the opportunities and achieve a sense of comfort and belonging.

My family and I come to this church every Friday for Friday prayers, and the management has been very generous and open minded in welcoming people of other faiths to practice in their church. There are not a lot of mosques in Hamilton, in fact the closest one is on the east mountain. St. Andrew’s Church has been our “church mosque” for many years now and we really appreciate their kindness.

Greatly like their attitude towards all members of all the communities. It is an older building that may need renovations however they are welcoming and it is very appreciated.

I attended church services last Sunday, July 20 and just wanted to let everyone know what a lovely experience it was. The service itself was very good. I was so impressed with how welcoming everyone was before and after service. What a thrill it was to be greeted so graciously.Thanks so much. I shall indeed return when I am in Hamilton the next time.Good luck and please pass praises on to the appropriate committees.

A busy friendly church. Lots of children / youth participation, small groups and there is always a welcoming feeling. If you are ever in the area, join their Sunday service at 10:30 a.m.

Thanks to St Andrews church for allowing the Muslims to use its spaces for prayers in Ramadan Eesha & tarweeh and on Fridays..that is what we call “love for your brother what you love for yourself”
