Victor was a pleasure to work with. He did a full explanation of the process up front and took his time answering all of our questions. We found two disconnected ducts in this process (one the builder forgot to connect to the supply, according to the drawings). You can tell Victor cares about his business and work. I was surprised to see so many positive reviews of a company on here. We achieved balancing and more CFM in colder rooms. Thank you.

These guys are extremely scientific about HVAC. They fixed two broken ducts in addition to sealing gaps in the vents. Overall, they raised the efficiency of my HVAC system by 48%. My house is so much more comfortable and my energy bill is significantly lower.

I have lived in my house for 19 years. There were always cold/hot sports on the second floor. I investigated several options to correct this and decided to try Aeroseal Tech. Victor was very patient and honest and I felt he was a true professional. His team arrived on time, and automatically went to work giving me a lot of confidence. The results were amazing and instant. I no longer have a draft in the 2 bedrooms that are over the garage. My ducts had 43% leakage when they arrived at my house. After their service my ducts had 0.3%. I was having significant issues with air flow in my home. My upstairs bedrooms had hardly any air coming out of the register. I had heard great things about Aeroseal online. I reached out to Aeroseal Tech after reading their reviews. I booked my appointment to have my house Aerosealed right away. I cannot believe the difference. I was losing more than 50% airflow in my home. I now have a 99.3% reduction in my Duct leakage. My home feels so much more comfortable. The team was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Aeroseal Tech for anyone looking to have their home Aerosealed. It is definitely money well spent.

We always had problems cooling off our house in the summer, especially our master bedroom upstairs. There was very little airflow, and it would take hours of running the air conditioner for it to make a difference.Victor came and sealed our ducts, and also balanced them to improve the air distribution. Our ducts initially had 54% leakage, and were sealed to 1.2% after he finished (a 97% improvement). The airflow measured in our master bedroom is literally 4-5 times higher than before the sealing/balancing process (the output was measured before and after for comparison). The net result is a huge improvement in comfort and ability to cool off our house. Our AC can cool off the entire house much quicker than before, and our bedroom is much cooler and more comfortable.As part of the process, Victor also discovered the ductwork for a supply register in our living room ceiling that was never cut out of the drywall. He was able to precisely identify the duct location, remove the drywall from just the duct opening, and install a new register without damaging the ceiling.I’d highly recommend the Aeroseal process. I expect that it will make a big difference in heating up our house quicker and more evenly in the winter time as well.

Upon purchase of our new place we realized that the master bedroom was 10 degrees colder at all times when compared to the rest of the house during the winter. An HVAC specialist told us to upgrade our already high efficiency furnace, we tried a vent fan, and even cleaned our ducts to no avail. We had to buy a space heater to make our bedroom livable. Nothing worked! Until Aeroseal Tech came and fixed it all! Victor & Yuri were so professional to work with. They came promptly to assess the issue and told us it could be fixed. They found 2 ducts leading to nowhere that they closed off, an unfinished duct that was blowing into a wall, and that the master bedroom duct was disconnected. Upon fixing all of this and balancing the air in our house, I am happy to say that our bedroom is now warm and toasty. I couldn't believe the difference! Before, we could barely feel the air coming out of the ducts. Now all of them feel like the vents are blasting the air out! What a change! This company definitely should get more recognition and if you have rooms in your house that have different temperatures do not hesitate to hire them! I highly recommend!

We bought our house few years ago and love it, except for the cold/hot upstairs. We were told by several companies that nothing could be done, it’s the layout of the house. But my neighbor down the street was getting Aeroseal done, so we asked about the service. In fact, before we contacted Aeroseal we went into the house that was just serviced and the neighbor could not have said any more praise. So we know have had our house done. We are pleased with the now airflow we have upstairs, there no longer is a change in temperature as you transverse the stairs.

Aeroseal Tech provided great service to us - they were very professional, prompt and respectful. We had major problems with air flow, some of the air duct had less than 20% air flow and we were losing a lot of heat. Victor came and did a detailed assessment, he explained the problems and how things were going to be fixed, how the process works etc. He was very attentive and took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. Victor's team was punctual, professional and meticulous. The work was done very thoroughly and methodically - they uncovered a major issue with our ducts (they even showed me exactly what was wrong with it when they opened the wall - that's in addition to the standard duct sealing process they performed). They cleaned up everything after the job was performed so there was no mess at all. We noticed the dramatic difference to the temperatures/heating in our house after duct sealing was done!
