Horrible service - break elevators don’t fix them - terrible customer service. DO NOT work with this awful company

I have worked in the elevator industry for over 28 years in both field and management positions with the Big Four" companies. I came to work at Quality Allied for one simple reason

I'll never understand why people operating commercial vehicles display road rage and drive dangerously - do they not realize the horrible advertising they are bringing to the company. Driver today travelling at extreme high rate of speed down the DVP, tailgating and very aggressive.

I was stuck in an elevator for an hour and forty five minutes and called to get help. They sent a technician to be here in 10 minutes however, that became an hour. The woman we spoke to through the call button was so extremely rude and unhelpful telling us there was no “magic button” for her to press. Like ok??? lady were stuck in here can’t you be a little more accommodating? We decided to call 911 and a fireman showed up BEFORE the technician (who had no idea what to do) the fireman pried the doors open and safely removed us. Thankful for the firemen and the firemen only. Man I hope this never happens to anyone else.

I've been working at Quality Allied since end of August and must say I enjoy coming to work everyday. The people are friendly and make me feel like part of the family. Very professional environment and they even have dog" days on Fridays. I would recommend Quality Allied to anyone looking for a great place to work."

I cannot attest to the quality of their elevator service, but if it’s anything like their driving, it must be atrocious beyond belief. The fact that there’s already a 1 star review just from their careless and uncourteous driving habits speaks volumes. Here’s a suggestion: drive better so you don’t end up running all your customers over!

If it were possible, I would give this company a negative review. (I have given this a 1 star rating only because in order to leave a zero rating was an option). This company has been installing 1 new elevator in our building since Oct 20, 2017. There doesn’t seem to be any particular schedule for the workers, they show and start work whenever and leave whenever. They were sometimes here until late in the night or other days they just don’t bother showing up at all. The elevator that they just finished installing on Monday, December 11, 2017 has now broken down at least once, and sometimes twice every day this week, up to and including the drafting of this post (which is now 11:55pm) on Friday, December 15, 2017. In fact, this morning there was a person trapped in the “new” elevator for almost an hour before someone was able to get him out.Unfortunately for tenants in this building, we will be stuck for who knows how much longer with this company as they have now started replacing our second elevator. To anyone out there (building owners, I’m talking to you) that needs to have elevator work done in your building, for the sake of your tenants, please do not use this company. Your tenants deserve better. We tenants deserve better, but unfortunately, we have no say in the matter and we are stuck with them.

I started working at Quality in September and can say with all honesty that I am immensely pleased with how I have been treated as an employee. The management here is kind and respectful and some of the best employers I have had the opportunity to work for. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but positive experiences for the duration of my employment.

I have to say that I never worked with an elevator company that cares more than just about elevating devices, but much more about their people and clients. I am happy with their services and can rest assured that their technicians and management staff are always thinking outside the box to bring innovative ideas to the table when we have issues. I truly recommend QAE for any modernization project or regular maintenance services contract. Two thumbs up!!!

I would recommend Quality Allied Elevator to any building owner, or Property Managers who is looking to start modernization project on their existing equipment, repairs and regular maintenance service.They understand the importance of time and commitment to their customers. They have capable and reliable staff to do the job.The Mangers and technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to responds to our needs. I truly recommend Quality Allied Elevator for any modernization project or regular maintenance.
