Our 10 year old refrigerator conked out and we needed a new one before the food went bad. This was an unexpected expense, but Loui was able to quickly find me something in our budget and more-importantly, was able to get it to me fast. They dropped off the new one the next day and they hauled our old one away so we were good to go. Thank you!

Huge rave…. Been going to save on appliance and the bigger location appliance warehouse for the past 5 years always amazing service and great warranty. Always accommodating with delivery and very reasonable prices. Happy they opened a north location Loui is a pleasure to deal with.

We had been on the hunt for a new fridge with a tricky size requirement…and of course a great price. We found a fridge from Save-on appliances that was perfect for our needs. I communicated with them on messenger before going into the store and they responded quickly with all of my questions and even sent pictures. The gentlemen in the store was very friendly and helpful and not pushy whatsoever. We negotiated a great price that was well below the big box store price… including next day delivery and we love our new fridge! Thank you thank you!Jaime

The owner was falsely advertising on Facebook marketplace and was quite rude to me when I confronted them about it, all I asked was why they put fridges in the free section when they were gonna ask for a price anyway, but anyway I definitely wouldn’t go to this store after the service I got from them

I didn't get the proprietor's name but she was great. Attentive, pleasant, dealt with my needs very quickly and met her commitments.

Very Poor customer service, they charge for taking an old appliance away. But they refused to take ours. They don't even explain why. They were going to give a credit for some toilet paper we were missing but they wouldn't put it on my credit card. After we complained about them not taking our old appliance away, they said they would refund the cost of taking away the appliance on the credit card. They couldn't explain why they couldn't give the other credit on the credit card. I know a lot of people who buy appliances and I'll let them know not to deal with this company. They were also supposed to do the delivery late morning but they ended up doing the delivery late in the afternoon. Also, they were given 2 phone numbers to call for the call ahead but they kept phoning one phone number. They don't provide any customer service after the sale.

We called them to get a refund of the $25 they owed us a few weeks ago as they refused to take our old fridge away. They still didn't send the refund so we called them again & advised we would contact our credit card company if we don't get a refund. They were very argumentative and very hard to talk to. We won't be giving them anymore business whatsoever!!! We have lots of connections but since they are not wanting to provide good customer service, then we will advise others about the poor experience we received from them.

Great store that helped my family out in a pinch. We needed a stove, fridge, washer and dryer at a decent price. This store was able to provide that. At a reasonable price we got matching set of fridge and stove, and the washer and dryer. It's been almost a year and everything has worked great.

Was getting the runaround looking for a freezer. Size not shown, not as described. Went all over town looking until we found Save On Appliances! Bought a great upright freezer at a really good price! We are big fans!

Terrible customer serviceThey take your money but don’t support the sale or service. Woman that owns it is rude, unhelpful & argumentative- she could use a course in customer service instead of just taking peoples money.We bought a “refurbished” dishwasher end of March - which would have meant warranty was good till end of September - the dishwasher wasn’t used from sept till now. Immediately it started leaking. We called to see if they could provide service or advice and they just kept saying the warranty was up and offered no options, advice nothing but rude comments. Very disappointing
