I have been using Lux Limo for years both professionally (airport transport for work) and for pleasure (limo services for my wedding).Angela and her team are absolutely incredible! They are always responsive, on-time and ensure that I'm well cared for pre and post travel. There have been several instances where they've accommodated our last minute requests for transport with ease.The vehicles are spotless and the drivers always thoughtful with water handy and the temperature set just so. These may seem like small things but when you've had early mornings, long travel days and the like, it really does make a huge difference.The airport services are top notch and I don't have to worry about bothering family for a ride, leaving my vehicle, cleaning it off or getting to/from the airport on-time.In terms of our wedding, there were absolutely no issues booking or getting all of us to the church and/or venue.I would not hesitate to suggest Lux Limo and have arranged gift certificates for our family to use for their travels as well. I look forward to continuing to use their services for years to come.

We hired Lux Limo for our wedding the end of May & was super impressed with the arrival time, how clean the car was & how everything we asked for was done. The driver was super professional, very friendly and warm & took some pictures for us before we departed. The overall experience was perfect! We will def use their services again in the future :)

I have always used Lux limo for airport services and it was never less than exceptional service. This is the 2nd time using Lux limo for my kids prom in 2019 and now 2022 still exceptional. Lux Limousine provide great service driving our group to a downtown Christmas party event. We have used them multiple times and always had great service. Limo was clean and comfortable.

One star because there is no zero. The absolute worst. Booked a limo for a wedding WELL in advance. Received email and text update reminders prior about them showing up the day of the event and timing. NO SHOW!This is a wedding we booked for; not a drive to the movie theatre or corner store. Unacceptable.Guests ended up having to drive themselves and arriving late and ruined the special day before it began. Very unprofessional and rude on the phone when we called for status and to deal with the situation.Will NEVER consider this terrible business EVER.

I travel by air as much as twice a week and I rely on Lux Limo for all of my YYZ airport transfers. My schedule changes quite often and they are always flexible and accommodate the changes. The owner has even driven me herself when my schedule changes with little notice. The drivers are all friendly, punctual, safe and courteous. The vehicles are always clean and reliable.Traveling during (and after) the pandemic was unpredictable and I experienced a lot of airline delays, but I can honestly say I never had any issue with Lux Limo and getting to/from the airport. I recommend this service for anyone whether business or recreational - they do a great job and they never let their customers down. I'll never forget the time I got picked up at the airport by a driver in a stretch limo... all to myself.

I have used their service for business as well as pleasure travel. They are the best. Early to pick up, always courteous and professional. As a woman traveling alone, I feel very comfortable with all their drivers.

Great service, priced right. My primary bookings are sedan based for business travel. Cars kept clean and drivers are very respectful. Use them often.
