So, this review is about developing film rolls. I went there with two rolls and went through the process of getting them developed. The only issue is that a week after, when I went to pick them up, they had developed them by printing out the physical photos instead of scanning the photos on a CD like I had asked (and as was noted on the envelop). The staff called customer service for me and I was told that they no longer scan photos on CD (i.e. that it was no longer an option). The information about such things should have been relayed properly to the staff on the floor to avoid misunderstandings like this. On the bright side, the staff was understanding and made sure to return my money and my films (to be scanned elsewhere). It was just a little disappointing.

Horrible service. They never have anything that's on sale, I waited 40 mins for a rain check as they didn't know how to do it... unreal?!?! The cashier named April refused to speak to me in english and she is english !! Go to the other Jean Coutu on Concorde, better service and friendly staff.

Je vois une évolution quant à la diversité au niveau du personnel toutefois, ce soir encore je vois des lacunes au niveau du service à la clientèle, la caissière me fait poireauter après un accueil peu professionnel pour répondre au téléphone quant il ne me restait que la facture à recevoir ,finalement je décide de repartir sans ,vu le délai . Je lève mon chapeau au personnel coin cosmétique qui pour leur part on toujours un bonjour accueillant impeccable en plus du département coin pharmacie merci, de faire la différence. *
