Kassandra was incredible to deal with! Planning a wedding in 2022 - “the year of the bride” as I like to call it - was not easy. A lot of unresponsive vendors, venues, and jacked up pricing. Be Our Guest was well worth the money!! We can’t imagine what our day would have been like without them. Kassandra and Christina kept everything on track and dealt with all the vendors to make sure it went smoothly. I didn’t have to lift a finger, which was entirely the point! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE !! ❤️ When my husband and I were planning our wedding we didn’t know where to begin. We went to wedding show after wedding show in search of coordinators. We met Kayla and Kassandra at BRG and we’re instantly blown away by how personable, professional, and welcoming they were. But it didn’t stop there -When we had to extend our wedding because of the pandemic, it was almost as if we had to plan two weddings ! Kayla and Kassandra made us feel at ease about the uncertainty and craziness of our wedding THE ENTIRE TIME ! We knew instantly that our wedding was going to be okay because we had them by our side.Then came the wedding... I can be a very anxious person, with a million questions, and each time something came up that I was concerned with, they already had the answer and solution sorted out and in motion. It was amazing !!! My husband and I felt so at ease the entire wedding because we knew that Kayla and Kassandra had everything under control. It’s actually one of the comments we constantly get from our guests- “the coordinators you had helping you were so good !! They were always around making sure everything looked perfect.” We couldn’t agree more - the reason the day turned out as amazing as it did was because we had BRG to support us as every challenge came by.Believe me when I tell you, if you go with BRG you’ll never regret that decision. First off, I want to say how amazing Kassandra and Kayla are!! Our wedding was during long weekend in September, and they made the whole process feel so easy! They made sure to coordinate with us beforehand and with our vendors to ensure our schedule was perfect. They helped us while getting ready at the hotel and even went back there after the church ceremony as some corsages were forgotten! They were so punctual to also have time to set up the venue exactly how we wanted. They made sure that we were doing good all day and gave us such a feeling of relief knowing that everything was taken care of. My family and bridal party also loved having them apart of the day especially because of how awesome they were and their overall great energy! We would recommend them to anyone getting married, you need this dynamic duo! Thanks again Kassandra and Kayla :)

Kayla & Nina were absolutely amazing. They were so organized, positive and just amazing people to work with! The whole day went by so smoothly because of them! Everything was organized and planned before the wedding, making sure our vendors knew all the details and had everything they needed. They also made sure my husband and I had everything we needed on the day of! They were both absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our day was so perfect! Kayla & Kassandra, you truly exceeded all expectations! I, as the father and father in law basically took the mindset that whatever C + T wanted, I was more than happy with. You two ladies brought the fairytale wedding to a reality. The day of the reception the parents and bridal party were brought into the venue to be the first to view the venue, I broke down, I cried happy tears. Kayla & Kassandra, you are professional, know the business, know how to make things happen, are and stay calm when things are moving at 100km/hour. Most importantly you treated the families with respect and I felt like you are family. Where do I begin. We hired Be Our Guest Events Inc as full planners for our Wedding day. They are fantastic, professional, prompt in all communication, flexible, readily available and absolutely incredible when it comes to making you feel like you are a guest at your own event. They go above and beyond in providing vendor recommendations, scheduling meetings to fit your schedule, and navigating/guiding you through the wedding planning process. As a bride during a crazy pandemic, it was nice and made me feel at ease to turn everything over to these amazing ladies on my wedding day so I could relax and just enjoy the once in a lifetime opportunity. They checked in with my fiancé and I throughout the entire day and also fit in completely with our families. Kayla and Kassandra were the best wedding coordinators we could ask for. Before our wedding day, they created our timeline and coordinated with vendors. They were very responsive and detailed attentive. During the rehearsal, they took charge and ensured everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing. In regards to our wedding day, they ensured the day ran smoothly in every aspect. Kayla and Kassandra offered their assistance with everything from fixing my dress after my bustle broke, assisting with setting up decor items and much more. Everyone commented on how helpful and nice they were. Couldn’t imagine our day to run this smoothly without them!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kayla and Kass on a Wedding in the Crystal ballroom and to say I was pleased was an understatement. These ladies worked tirelessly to ensure every single detail was done to perfection. I had a family emergency during this time and the girls stepped in to make sure everything was organized without missing a beat and when I did see them was greeted with a big hug and well wishes. The wedding was a huge success and I would defiantly recommend Kayla and Kass to anyone looking for a full service planner.

After getting engaged, we started the seemingly insurmountable task that was navigating the Toronto wedding planning landscape. Enter BRG Events and the wonderful women who run it, Kayla and Kassandra. What was a stressful process became easier under their guidance. When the pandemic hit, they worked over time to ensure that our questions were answered, even though they were also trying to navigate an incredibly difficult situation. We ended up getting married in September of 2021 in a smaller ceremony, followed by a dinner with our intimate family. Kayla and Kassandra made sure the day ran smoothly - we got so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the day was. In July of 2022, we held our big reception, 200 guests in downtown Toronto, and once again, Kayla and Kassandra exceeded all expectations. You know how people say that their wedding day was perfect? Our was actually, quite literally perfect. In large part due to the dedication, care, and attention to detail that Kayla and Kassandra embody. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the day was, how fun the party was, and we always tell them that it couldn’t have happened if not for the hard work of our amazing wedding planners. Despite taking care of so many other couples, we always felt like their attention was 100% on us when we were with them. We would plan 100 weddings if we got to plan them with Kayla and Kassandra. Truly, from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank them enough for helping us bring the wedding of our dreams to fruition.
