Conveniently located at the inner circle road with an accessible parking. The bookstore is located one floor below the main entrance and can be accessed by the staircase beside the Tim Hortons outlet.The bookstore offers a variety of university goods and trendy merch at average prices. Polite, friendly, efficient, well trained staff at the bookstore.If looking for books for a specific course, I recommend ordering online first, booking an appointment, and then proceeding to pick up. This may save time and effort for first timers.

Shoutout to Mariam for being one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met in this kind of retail environment! She handled my textbook anxiety with grace, and answered my every question and qualm with absolute kindness. When you’re spending hundreds of dollars on books, the least you can hope for is competency at the bookstore but the employees had gone above and beyond my expectations, making sure I had no uncertainties when purchasing. Great job, guys! ☺️

Good selection, a surprising amount of deals ready for the holiday season as well. Careful though! You can't get access unless you have a uoft student card.
