Just took my dog to use the wash. The water is freezing, the blow dryer is also freezing. Don’t take your pets here if you want them to be comfortable in the bath. Normally quite a wonderful experience, would normally recommend the store but not now.

I love this place! Staff are awesome and knowledgeable. They have a dog bath so nice , I want to take a bath there. I gave 4 out of 5 because they're often more expensive than local competition. And definitely more expensive than Amazon. I want to buy from you. Just price match your local competition please

Best place for your pet food great friendly staff helpful it was the best place for shopping to get pet supplies now I change my mind as getting rip off about buying 12 items getting qe the free well it was point now they cannnot find it told me no .I hate liaRs corporate place .never will be..and staff has been RUDE lately

This store is very nice and it's (obviously) pet friendly! They have a huge selection of products for many different types of animals. The staff are very welcoming and have a good knowledge of their products! There is also plenty of available parking!

Very happy to have frozen raw options for my cats at the Prescott store.No more driving to Ottawa or Brockville. Staff are great. Sterling the boys love the home made frozen rabbit broth.

The store in Prescott is really nice. Its always clean and tidy, it smells fresh too. They always have a great variety of items in stock.The staff is really friendly and great with kids. They listened to pet my frustrations and helped me find affordable, common-sense solutions to my pet problems. All while keeping my kids entertained! Thats what I call great service!I think the prices are a bit higher than some other stores but the customer service makes up for the increase in cost.I havent used the washing stations so I cant comment on temperature or water pressure but I will say they look great. Theyre spacious and clean.
