Toronto Eco Cleaning

I have booked them couple of times in the past when the maid did a better job. This time I am disappointed with how below average work the maid did. I feel that the first hour the maid worked carefully because I was around but then I got busy with work calls. The beds sheet was not even done correctly, dusting was ignore, the mirrors were not cleaned properly and had water makers all over, the floor was not mopped well either, there were still hair strands in the bathroom. I took some pictures.I live in a small condo so when I pay for cleaning I expect that the maid will do a better job than me. This was disappointing.

Been using Toronto Eco Cleaning for over 3 years. Tsering is fantastic to communicate with and scheduled her cleaning staff to come regularly. She has a crew of cleaning staff and they are all well trained. The quality is very consistent with them. Give them a try. I love it when my bath tub and sink are all clean and shiny!

We've had them cleaning our house for the last 3 years. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. The management is excellent - I always get good customer service. I would highly recommend them!

Yesterday I came home from work after a very long day and almost forgot I had GoodKarma over. Honestly I was amazing in the level of service and how she went above and beyond what I even expected. She literally even took out my wine empties and organized under my sink etc. I am now having them come bi weekly. Amazing and I highly recommend! Thanks!

Top notch professional service using 'green' biodegradable non-toxic products. We have been using 'Eco Cleaning Toronto' services for our home for almost three years. Wehighly recommend them.

We have only used them once so far. The cleaner was very friendly and hard working. The administration was easy, Tsering was upfront with what can be expected in the time booked.

I needed my house cleaned before a party so I contacted Toronto Eco Cleaning to come clean our house for 5 hours. I was out for 4 hours while my house was being cleaned and came back to find no difference: floors not cleaned, crumbs on our sofas, streaky bathroom mirrors and etc.When I hire a person to come over and do certain jobs, I expect the job to be done well. Our house was not cleaned at all. What did she do for 5 hours?!In the end I had to clean the house myself.I won't be using the company.

From initial contact, to completion of the job, Toronto Eco Cleaning was professional, courteous and extremely diligent in their work. Not only that, but the women that worked in my home were very friendly and respectful. My home is sparkling clean. I highly recommend their service.

I connected with Good Karma yesterday, and I was able to set up a service for the very next day ( Pro)I am very happy with the cleaning, the maid did a great job.The reason, I am disappointed with this agency is the false advertisements in terms of the products used. The only reason, I opted for this service is because it claimed to be using non-toxic biodegradable products, as I am extremely allergic to certain house hold products. When the maid got started, I could tell that it was simple baking soda (which I love and regularly use); but there was another white powder, which I instantly knew was not non-toxic. I politely asked the agent to use my products, and she accommodated my request. Additionally, their website claims to use the ultimatecloth; however I could see these were simple rags, and basic kitchen scrubbers.I am very happy with the actual cleaning service; but I am extremely disappointed with the products that were provided for cleaning.
