Fast & Friendly Service. We called HCSENSE to fix our heat furnace and install new A/C , I called Friday morning to book an appointment, and the furnace tech. came that afternoon, with the A/C tech coming Saturday morning.Both techs were extremely professional, personable and thorough.We are very pleased with HCSENSE INC service and will definitely call them again.

My heat would not turn up it stayed at 23 degrees even though it was cranked, they came in “fixed” it , after they left my furnace did not work at all. It’s -23 degree weather and when I called them and told them , they said they couldn’t come till the next day. They made the problem worse instead of fixing it and should’ve came out immediately knowing I had NO heat at all. Extremely unprofessional.
