My transmission blew on the Mission Bridge! The tow truck driver arrived in record time and was professional and helpful from start to finish. He even waited with me until my ride home arrived. I would highly recommend Mission Towing.

Professionalism from the receptionist to the Tow Truck Driver.As it turned out, the Tow Truck Driver decided to look under the hood of my car and quickly spotted my problem. He got my vehicle going without having to tow it anywhere and was quite prepared to just call it a freebee"! I was stunned! "What! No charge"?! Anyway

Thanks Graham from heavy towing! Made my day! It all started with BCAA, sent the wrong vehicle, a flat deck, instead of a heavy wrecker? Graham finally showed up very promptly! What a great guy! Knowledgeable, he even drove my motorhome up the parking lot to the road after the brakes failed, you can just tell he enjoys his work! I wish more people were like this fella. This company has gone above and beyond! We were broken down and the tow truck operator that showed was AWESOME! He was so helpful and knew his stuff. He went over and above to help make sure we weren't stranded.

Absolutely phenomenal service right from the info from dispatch to the driver picking up and delivering, was able to go above and beyond despite my vehicle being picked up in a tricky spot, great communication. Just all around an amazing group of people to deal with!

Took the keys out of my ignition while fueling up and left them on the console. My truck auto locked me out. Thankfully, Mission Towing was able to be there within minutes of my call to open my truck. The young gentleman who assisted us was polite and gentle, and quick. Definitely saved our trip into Vancouver.

It was the 27th of December I loaded the car with our entire supper preparation of fondue pots dishes food etc and was heading to Langley. I quickly popped into Meridian meats and as soon as I locked the door I panicked.. my auto beep wasn’t working due to the cold and I only have one set. I called BCAA and due to the minus temperatures and snow they said MAYBE 3 hours. I called Mission towing. The lady who answered actually cared and said she would try to get a driver to come quickly between calls. I don’t recall her name but a big thank you as in no time Jason arrived to the rescue .. professional fast and kind. What more can you ask for. Thank you for getting me on the road during terrible weather in record time. I am so grateful I was able to still have my family dinner. Thank you again Mission Towing
