The Village of Riverside Glen

My dad was here ,the people here are not hero's they are angels sent to help us with the most difficult times ,I will not forget them

Any time there is a problem, staff are quick to notify me, or just let me know of issues. They are very kind and professional and I know my mum is in a good place with lovely surroundings.

Well maintained, looks like a village under the roof. Difficult to navigate for visitors, but the care appears to be good.

Treat my mother amazingly well. Very happy with the staff.

Riverside Glen has been my home for over a year now. The Pesky Covid Virus has cramped the normally vibrant activities. However, a dedicated group of team members look out for our every need. Right now, the safest place to be is within these walls as the pandemic rages around outside. I would write more but the activity director is calling me to a special hallway activity. Got to go

enterance road to residence speed bump needs to be replaced , so hard even going below required speed ,damaging vehicles .

A great experience so far with one of my family members staying here in the Arthur wing; she doesn’t speak much English but as far as I’ve seen, the staff are very patient (and also been quite diligent during COVID) and very kind whenever I’ve visited. Thanks again for your help!

Not a place for your loved ones. Staff are rarely visible. Neglect is rampant. The “front” retirement home appears lovely but it also has issues.

My mom is a resident in the long term care section of Riverside Glen. The home is always clean, and the staff do their best to show love and compassion to the residents AND their family members. My Dad visits every day, and staff go out or their way to chat with him, give him updates on mom, and make him feel a part of the Riverside Community. Before the pandemic, he was always invited to accompany her on special day trips like drives to see the Fall leaf colours, or drives through the Sparkles in The Park Christmas light display. The pandemic has been very hard on everyone, but the people at Riverside Glen have been working hard to make the vest of a bad situation.

Love this place. The people that work with my Mom are so caring and patient. They are amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️!
